Worst customer service ever. I was waiting on line over 20 minutes. When I inquired about the drive up window I was told they don’t have enough help! Hire someone! When I looked at the line in back of me there was another 8 people. Very poor management!

I was already very scared and confused about a medication I was prescribed --the person I spoke to was so incredibly rude and condescending while she answered my questions. What a horrifying experience. Please stay away from this location if you can.

I hope you never need a phone call actually answered in this pharmacy, because if you do you’ll just wait on hold for literally an hour, where halfway through they’ll simply pick up the phone and hang up on you. Good luck.

I called to determine the status of my prescription. Instead of having been able to speak with a person, the recorded voice instructed this 76-year-old to "secure a pharmacy app on my mobile telephone by downloading a link which will give me a one-time text". I'm unsure about the above process, and probably will die before I can figure it out.

Make sure you count pills before leaving. They were supposed to give 90 but only gave 30. They are too busy to give good service.

This pharmacy is slow and the staff is unfriendly and seems incompetent. In person or over the phone the tone is just not it when asking question and one never really feels taken care of. The layout is obviously not helping since everybody in line behind you hears your personal details. One of the staff seems to be hard of hearing and you have to divulge your name and birthday rather loudly.

The pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and rude and mean , you think she would be professional and show respect, but this woman is so mean and sour towards even her fellow co-workers, SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE RUDE MEAN WAY SHE TREATS PEOPLE . SHE'S THE PEOBLEM AT THIS PHARMACY.
