I go for the self-service bathing stations, dog trims in summer, and have gotten my dogs photographed afterward with fun holiday backgrounds and props. The pictures turn out great. Really adorable!The owner, Stehanie, is super friendly, professional, and sensitive to my dog's needs (nerves). She has gone above and beyond many times to schedule Jilli during the quietest times. And Jilli always comes out happy, with a pep in her step, and looking beautiful!And I love the convenience of the self-service bath stations. Everything I need is at my finger tips & the raised tubs are a real back saver! It's a great way to spend quality time with your dog!

We had a couple of grooming visits…our dog came home with obvious shave marks. The owner also sold beautiful and unique collars/leashes - we bought one. Although we got a new groomer I did return for another collar. They now have you ring the doorbell or call the phone - and ring again if no one comes to the door in 5 minutes! Gave up after 2nd ring. Didn’t like the collars at the pet stare, so we came back again during business hours -they were closed. Not going back.

Please be careful when choosing this Groomer. We took our Golden Retriever there this week. They did a horrible job on her. Her ears look like a Toddler got at her with a pair of scissors. Her belly is shaved. Her pantaloons, tail, and chest are destroyed. This is after my Husband asked that she only be trimmed in certain areas if the need be. We specifically asked that her belly feathers and pantaloons not be removed...they are. She looks terrible. Awful experience. Please don't use this Groomer. We thought we could trust them because we used to go there.

We took our Golden Retriever there this week. Her coat is destroyed. Her ears look like a Toddler went at her with scissors. Her chest is gone. Pantaloons are gone. Belly feathers are gone. Belly shaved. I cannot believe what we are seeing. We asked that she only be trimmed if there was a problem area. DO NOT TRUST CUDDLES CANINE SPA.

After a very poor experience at a different groomers - we were nervous to take our dog anywhere again. But 5 months later we found ourselves with a stinky girl in need of a deep clean. We noticed Cuddles was close to our house and that was how we decided to take her there. We were OVER THE MOON with their services, as our dog was deshedded, with a bath and her nails trimmed all within an hour. They gave us very helpful recommendations to keep up with her hygiene and we felt the prices were very fair. We will be returning soon for her next appointment.

They did a really good job on my dog Penny today. She smells really good and paws are groomed nicely and her butt area is nice and clean, not sure what the other reviews are but this is a good place and I've been to a few places and they totally hacked my pooch before, so I will come back again to cuddles the man seems really nice and got the job done! My dog was in a happy mood after as well ! Thanks cuddles!!!!
