Had not been in this post office for years. Thought I would give another try. BIG MISTAKE!! I walked in and Melanie is still there and more interested with what she is doing on her cell phone than helping me the customer. She is still rude and just nasty. I fell like a paying customer she just does not car about helping me. I can not believe the post office pays her. waste of tax payers money

What do you want? It’s a post office. They aren’t going to kiss your bootie or anything so quit expecting that. They’re perfectly nice people and they do their jobs. Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Never dealt with such a blatantly rude person in my entire life. I’ve never left a review let alone a bad one but something needs said. I have worked with the public and in retail so I am all about patience and understanding, but I was the only one in the post office and all I needed was to ship out an online return I had. I don’t normally return online items so I just had the product in the bag it came in and the shipping label. I asked if I needed to purchase a shipping bag and the man just looked at me and said “uh… yeah.” Okay, no problem so I grabbed one from the shelf and put the item in the bag and all the while this guy is on his phone?! I handed him the bag and the code not sure what to do from there (again I don’t normally ship anything) and he just stares at me and hands me some tape. I said sorry I’ve never done this before do I just tape it on there? And he just said “yeah” without even looking up from his phone! Finally once I was done I had to ask HIM what I owed for the envelope. I was nothing but polite to this guy from the second I spoke to him so nothing to warrant this behavior! I wanted to call and speak to someone but I had a feeling he was the only person working and didn’t want to speak to him again. I saw an older woman walking in after me, can only imagine what kind of service she gets! Unacceptable.

The guy at the main desk has very low motivation he seems to not want to do anything above and beyond putting a box in a cart.

Ongoingly and incredibly RUDE! So tired of being treated poorly by most of the counter staff. They need some training on how to deal with a variety of personalities. No wonder they're on the verge of collapse!

Just plain mean! Would have given a 1 or less, except I know of one postal delivery guy who is a good Christian soul, but he’s not my mailman.
The staff in the office greet you like they would rather not see another (non-postal) human. And, forbid, you actually want some ‘service’!
I have had them yell at me, more than once. Ridiculous!

Apparently our mailman can't read delivery address because they still put mail and my mailbox out front when the mailman told me if I put deliver to Back Porch on address label they can deliver it there I'm getting tired of parcelsbeing delivered in my mailbox where every Thief can see it
