They hire people to walk into legitimate businesses and steal cases of alcohol, energy drinks, Newports, etc...to sell there. They are also illegally selling menthol cigarettes when they're affected by Columbus's flavor ban. Odds are if you're buying something from there you're receiving stolen merchandise. State needs to shut them down.
