I hate this location. So many of the employees seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. Certain things are not allowed to be curbside that are curbside at other locations, which is frustrating.

Pros - Decent prices, employees
Con - Location Rt 256, I70. Drivers are not in the Christmas spirit! A maze of carts in the parking lot.

I've been here everyday for 3 days spoken to several employees over all 3 visits and only 2 of the probably 15 people I spoke to actually helped me by giving me correct information. Not even a manager could tell me correctly how to get a pick up order picked up without use of the app.

Good prices on a lot of items. Items in sock are pretty random at times so you can't always expect to be able to get the same products each visit.

Only good thing this Sams has is the Scan and Go so you can get in and out as quick as possible. Place is falling apart.

Worse Sams ive ever been to, unorganized so you’ll never find what you want. Out of stock on the items i prefer. Idk what the deal is with the milk.

I pay extra for a Sam's Plus Membership that supposedly includes free flat tire repair, but they didn't have an appointment available to fix a flat until Thursday (3 days away). So it's not really a benefit you can use.

We put our daughter’s order in for her cake late March for her party in June because we know graduation season is crazy. They had me fill out an order sheet .. late May we go to check and make sure they had the order .. it wasn’t in their iPad so I had to explain they had me fill out a sheet and they looked in a folder and found it. So yesterday for her party we go at noon to pick up her cake and cupcakes they DONT have any record of it !! I’m so upset because it’s the day of the party annd 2 hours before ..all they had was 4th of July cupcakes out and they didn’t even bother to work with us nor accommodate for THEIR mistake. The cake is a BIG thing for a party.

If you want to get a cake here, on time, from their bakery dept, DO NOT COME HERE. On threec separate occasions, THREE, in a short time span, I've had them either lose my order, or confirm it for pickup only for me to get there and them not even know what order I was talking about. The third time happened literally yesterday, and it made me 1hr and a half late for my mother's 70th birthday party. I never even got the cake that I needed. I had to get a cake off the shelf and wing it for the party. Then today, I get a call from their customer service department saying they will not be taking any more orders for me because I was an "irate customer", as if being irritated and aghast at having no cake for a birthday party you're already late to is being ''irate". THIS BAKERY DEPT CANNOT FULFILL ORDERS ON TIME, WHEN YOU NEED IT. I know... They screwed me over 3 times in the span of a few weeks. Go somewhere else if you want a competent bakery.
