I'm not sure if this is an abandoned property or not. I couldn't get the change machine to work, nothing was in the dispenser of items and a homeless man appeared from one of the stalls after I parked at the vacuum machine. Unable to get the change I needed to try the machine I left. Large potholes in the parking lot and some bays blocked by large drums..
