Always a pleasure. The store is clean...fairly organized. I did find pricing odd. They have sale signs that advertise the regular price of some things like crafting vinyl?

The price of the things that I got were priced differently. Same item in same bin, same merchandise number. Six were rung up at $1.99 ea and the other 9 were $.99 ea. It was not noticed until I got home. The cashier was rude to me and my friends. Her name is Lillian. She hand keyed all prices vs scanning the bar codes. She got very irritated when questioned about the scanning and only explained, she "had" to do it that way. She had ZERO communication or customer service skills.

Love shopping at hobby lobby and honestly my only complaint is the checking out process. Every time I go there is one or two cashiers and then someone standing by the doorway to greet and two other people just seemed to be standing around. Think they were management or head cashiers or something but when it gets busy somebody should jump on a register when there's three or four people in a line. That's just my observation being in the customer service industry myself.
