We purchased a leather sectional. From the moment we walked into the store, Blaine was super helpful. He allowed us to look around and find what we were looking for. He came back and checked in on us and answered all questions. He wasn't pushy and we liked that about the store. He checked in with us after our delivery to make are we were happy with our purchase. Delivery went smooth and they were there within their time window. The guys were upbeat, professional, and entertaining. Such a great experience!!

The salesman Blaine was very nice. He was very helpful and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Definitely give him a 5/5. Now that woman at the front cashing me out, no so much. All was well until I swiped my card and their system was not working. I told her that it had said approved on my end and she replied that she didn't see anything on her end bc of the system. She then told me that I'd need to swipe my card again and I'm like swipe my card for another 3k? Her response was it's only a pending transaction. I told her well the money was already deducted because I seen the alert and her response was "I I don't see it and I mean do this all day, so I know what I'm doing". Granted even if this is all you do all day, customer service should be #1, especially since I wasn't rude or angry. I was just generally confused as to why she was having me swipe my card again. Definitely give Annabelle 0/5 for that conversation that we had ?, otherwise satisfied with my first time coming in the store.
