I had a really good experience inside the store. Customer service representatives were pleasant. I was offered water and they took the time to address my concerns without trying to push any sales. I felt as though I was in control of my shopping. I am looking forward to the use of my new purchases.

Autumn was wonderful - she helped us pick out a chaise sleeper sofa that was tall enough to fit my tall spouse! She was attentive, thoughtful, and low pressure in her sales approach, which we appreciated. Definitely give her (and her manager, Bill) a visit!
