Complete RIP off!!!...been with this Agent over 2 years renewed policy and rates were way higher with 0 points or accidents on record. Alexandria stated if you go to auto pay it will keep you close to your old rate and I was on a 9 month policy where 3 months were free...I said yes I'll go auto pay as long as I'm still on the 9 month policy through Erie....yes she told me......So now today they took out the 10th month to where they should not have. Called the office and spoke to some guy whom tried to blow smoke saying the 12 month policy was the same....I stated no way it is if monthly payment was same....he was clueless and tried to cover it up ...saying auto pay changed it to 12 month.....I let him know I specifically asked Alexandria when I renewed if I were still on a 9 month policy and she stated yes.....however she was busy at the time and will have to call me back...go figure.......Complete runaround with these fools......

Very professional agency with a friendly staff. They treat you like you are a good friend. They have a couple companies that they work with, so you can get a good rate and you can choose a lot of coverage options. My home policy had a 2% wind deductible and they gave me a quote from Erie with the same deductible as the other coverages. That 2% would be over $5000 and my normal deductible is $1000. Also they had a better car replacement coverage on my car. If my car gets totalled, I get a car 2 years newer. They explained a lot of coverage that noone ever took the time to explain.
