I hate to leave a negative review for a local business. and this one is totally exception. Took my vehicle to this shop after reading all positive reviews but won the lottery to be an exclusion. Frustrated with overall process. in the 6th week of process, and no estimated date of vehicle delivery.

Twisted collision was recommended to me by the towing company and I couldn’t be more relieved. Sean was prompt answering the phone and genuinely empathetic and willing to help. He was so thoughtful and let me use sink/soap/towels to clean up after a bottle of grappa broke in the back of my car during the accident. Sean is truly kind and cares about the well-being of everyone who comes into his shop. I will recommend him to all of my Columbus friends, family, and co-workers.

TM did a terrific job in repairing the crinkled quarter panel on my 2019 CRV. The replacement looks completely natural. Their service was customer focused and got my car in and out in minimal time. The car wash and cleaning at the end was a nice touch also. I would use them again if I need body work in the future.

I was extremely frustrated with the process but the team at Twisted Metal kept their cool and walked me through each step.
Their customer service is equal to their quality of work. They made sure that my vehicle looked as good as it did before the accident.
I highly recommend them for all of your repair needs! They work with the insurance to get everything covered and avoid unnecessary cost to the customer. Great work, great people!

I was referred to TMC by the auto repair specialist that I take my BMW to because, they said, TMC was the best in the area for making my car look and perform “like it never even happened.” They were right. Although it was a relatively minor fix, compared to serious damage from a major accident (a deep scratch into the metal, across the driver’s door of an otherwise carefully preserved 2008 Roadster), it essentially ruined the car’s appearance and value. TMC explained in detail what needed to be done, and gave me a detailed and ultimately accurate estimate. Then, after a little more than a week in their shop, I went in to pick it up and was blown away at the fantastic color matching and disappearance of the deep and lengthy scratch. I’ll give them a “10” for their excellent work and the same for being easy to work with, prompt, and reasonable in the cost of the highly professional work.

Amazing service! Took my SUV in for an estimate after I scraped the right front quarter panel as I was pulling into my garage. The Shop Manager looked at the damage, went back inside and brought out some products to see what he could to before giving me an estimate. He cleaned up the paint from my garage, replaced two items used to hold the plastic cover around the wheel well, and explained DIY options vs a complete repair. I took his advice and made the "fixes" myself. He spent about 30 minutes with me and then said there was no charge when I asked how much I owed! This kind of customer service is reminiscent of customer service that was routine in my youth. I would defiantly recommend checking out Twisted Metal for any body work.

I absolutely love Twisted Metal Collision! They are extremely responsive, fair and honest! The Shop Manager, Shawn Vogel, thoroughly explained the issues, provided options and was very honest about what must be repaired versus what was purely aesthetic. Shawn even provided a couple of tips. Thank you for all your help!! If you ever need collision repair, you must go to Twisted Metal Collision!

They took advantage of a female friend of mine by offering free estimates and then billed her for work done without an estimate given. If they will take advantage of single mothers what will they do to everybody else?

My fiancé took my vehicle in this evening for a small amount of damage after scraping the side of the garage… went to another business originally and were quoted almost $3,000 for a mark less than an inch!!!! Twisted Metal fixed the damage free of charge with just a touch up. Amazing customer service. Saved us a ton of money! We will only ever use Twisted Metal in the future and will recommend them to everyone.

Had my car towed here after a crash. The car ended up not having work done due to the other driver not cooperating with insurance. The car was there over a week, and they were cool about it and didn't charge me anything. Will definitely go here if I need work in the future.

Highly recommend! Had body work done on a Mustang GT and it was flawless. They went above and beyond to make sure the black paint was seamless. Shawn was great throughout the entire process.
