Tyler Mcnally was very rude and unprofessional. He misheard our dispatcher that he was 30miles away where as she said it was 130. Still our driver would have made it before pu time. Without even reclarifing he called our dispatcher a liar and cancelled the load where our driver already travelled 50miles north. Very unprofessional and rude.

Do not bring your business here. These people will lie to you and do whatever is in their best interest without a care for their customers or service. I had trailers at multiple customer sites through these clowns and they randomly tried to charge me almost double our agreed upon rate for no reason after months of service. When I said no to the increase, they pulled trailers without telling me. They also lied when I called them about this. Unbelievable that these people can conduct business like this. Stay far from here.

If there was an option to rate them -5 stars I would. I can surely say that in all my years on this industry these are the rudest people that I've talked too. Not just one, not two but the whole departments.

I called to book a load and the broker got scared that my nr was from TX and the company based in IL , sorry but no logic at all . Can someone from TX work for someone in IL ? ? he wished me good luck and hang up the phone !Professionals ?

If there was a zero star they would get it.As a independent contractor for 20+ yearsI gave this company a shot, CONTRACTORS LISTEN UP or even company drivers, as Christian faith man I normally wouldn’t put reviews but I felt the need to, to save someone else the troubles that I faced. Let me start off by saying very poor unprofessional ownership and management it trickles down quickly to dispatch and brokerage to HR.They treat drivers like they are a problem for them as I see drivers as their breath line. It’s no way to treat drivers out busting their you no what and getting no respect in return. Thank you stay blessed.
