The unit upon arrival was not as clean/pest free as advertised. Really should allow you to view units prior to rental as the recommended size for what I have to store barely fit everything and it is stacked almost to the ceiling. Rental process was easy and the app is useful but definitely could be cleaner for new tenants.
UPDATE: Tri Village called and offered me a new unit to correct the situation. Upgraded to 4 star for their effort and care.

Fast and easy to deal with. Had one minor glitch which was my own doing and the issue was promptly rectified. Bill payment can be done online, another big plus. If you find yourself needing extra room or seasonal storage give them a try.

The storage area was clean and easy to set up. Customer service was great. The only thing less than great was setting up the app you need to open the gate. That required a couple calls.

The gentleman who met me there answered all my questions and explaned the benefits of storing with Tri-Village. It's a very well kept storage facility. I highly reccomend anyone looking for storage take a look at Tri-Village Self Storage.

The worst Storage Unit around. I was locked out of the gate for over a month and no response from anyone. I called the number and left messages every week but nothing. I received a text after 4 weeks saying they needed info on my vehicle parked there. First and only time anyone has said anything about it. I finally reached someone and they said they had no information on me or my vehicle. Funny thing I watched the gentlemen put everything in over two years ago and have had ZERO issues. They hold your property hostage and refused access. I have no problems suppling what was asked for just ASK for it. No response. The new female manager is HORRIBLE. She couldn't tell me when and if something was sent only that they needed it and that was there response is to lock you out until they received it. I will be eliminating all of my Tri-Village units. I highly suggest everyone do the same. HORRIBLE SERIVE. STAY AWAY.You say I was contacted for the information. Where was it sent. Did you leave a message? I was locked out of the unit on Oct 12. I have asked when and how information was being communicated asking for the information but no one can tell me that. There has been several messages left with ZERO response. Now that I did get a hold of someone you are trying to make it like I am the bad guy. I expect to get a month refund for not having access and again ZERO communication from anyone. Totally unprofessional.

Rates are good. Megan was awesome and very helpful. I had a situation that I needed help with, and she was extremely understanding and accommodating. Drove my RV from Columbus to their plain city location and probably passed 4 places just to rent from them. Thanks again Megan!!! Oh and the Bluetooth door entry was amazing

We rent 2 units from them at 2 different facilities. We had some issues with communication at first, however, that was addressed with a change is management and is no longer an issue. Units are clean and easy to get to. Locks are provided. I am knocking off 1 star due to access issues in the winter due to lack of plowing at this location. Dave said they are working on addressing this on the main areas if possible. Will update review if this is found to be addressed.

Was easy to pick the size unit I needed. The lease is online. I leased via the website on a weekend and was contacted on Monday morning for a bit of additional information and to explain accessing my unit. Dave was friendly and professional. I highly recommend!!!
