I would not recommend. Nail polish old and discolored. Nail tech did very bare minimum. It was the worst pedicure I have had. I use to come here and it was a lot better. I would recommend going somewhere else. I'm sad this place isn't what it use to be. They used dirty towels as well.

Im just amazed ?? the female who done my nails today did a amazing job.
I had a broken nail and it didn't hurt at all when she fixed it. In I've had broken nails before. In when I've got them fixed it was so uncomfortable. She did amazing.
I came in and there wasn't a long wait at at. I shown her what i wanted. In she pulled it out her a*s like a boss that she was. She added a little twist to it to which is a plus. She done them better then the picture.
When it came to payment i wanted to give her a bigger tip then the 100.00 i had in cash. She was very nice and split the payment so i could give her $50.00 in tip.

Terrible service. I came in and was told the second girl would be ready in 15 minutes. After 25 minutes the lady sitting in the pedicure chairs with her feet up and watching something on her phone came over and started removing my polish.. then another girl comes in the front door... and takes over.. she takes TOE NAIL CLIPPERS and cuts the tips of my acrylic nails, which made them crack.. then tells me my nails are lifting.. well yes they are now.. I said I've never had anyone clip the tips before and she got really rude saying that don't matter my nails are old.. she roughly starts filing all my other nails cutting me multiple times.. the nails that she ended up popping the tips off of she didn't replace just put acrylic on them.. when painting my nails she didn't match them pattern.. and then charged me $48 for basic color and fill. .. last time I was TWO Weeks ago I paid $45 for fill, design and that included the tip as well. Absolutely will not go back

I used to go to this place before when they were other owners, but I don't like this new owner, neither she nor her workers do a very bad job, it's terrible, my daughter paid 110 dollars to get her nails done and they were all crooked. And I painted my toenails and I told him I wanted a creamy color and on the small nail I painted them all in one color. And they were ugly. I won't return to that place even if it's the last place where they do nails no r????

I’m the one in the picture with sparkly orange nails. It’s been a few years since I visited this salon, I thought they may have improved their service in order to stay open. I was wrong. I asked for a gel manicure with chrome powder. The lady shaved down and damaged my natural nails, and rushed my polish. The edges of my nails were messed up, and the polish looked chipped immediately. I had to come back to the salon after 10 minutes to request my middle finger and thumb to be re-done because they looked so bad. When I came back into the salon, the lady that rushed my nails was sitting in one of the pedicure chairs relaxing. So lazy. She re-did the two fingers angrily, and when she re-applied the chrome powder she buffed it on incorrectly, and it looked sparkly rather than the mirror effect. They charged me $45 and I didn’t even get acrylic. This place is garbage, they’ve cut my fingers before, and they overcharge. They don’t care if they stay open or not.

Had a very traumatic experience here today. Walked in for an acrylic removal and dip polish on my natural nail and boy did it take a turn for the worst! I let the nail tech know that my nails were weak and she started removing my acrylic nails by wedging a new acrylic between mine and my real nail, causing severe pain and taking layers of my natural nail with it. I was clearly in a lot of discomfort, focusing on my breathing as I'm trying to not pass out. I made a comment that I usually get them soaked off, but clearly that was not the standard there. She ripped my thumb nail so far down that it started to bleed, it was at that point that I did not want any service after that. I ended up leaving 2 of the nails on because my hands were shaking and I could not bear the pain anymore. No sympathy from the nail tech and she still had me pay $16 for the removal (which I offered to pay being the nice citizen I am). Might I add there was nobody else in there, so there was no rush for any of that nonsense! I hope they dispose of the acrylic nails they used to painfully pop mine off with. Very disappointed in this establishment and lack of empathy/professionalism.

I have a very hard time going to get my nails done. I work all the time so Time is limited. Normally I go to someone in Sidney. They closed to early couldn’t go there. Went in Bellefontaine to one there . Walked in they told me I couldn’t get in bc they was done for the day and had 3 people still. This was at 3:30 pm they closed at 5!! Fine I calle Elegant nails asked if I could get in and what time I’d be there. They said come on in. Well this is my new nail place. I showed him a picture he exceeded and done an amazing job. It was better than the picture. And they are very very nice! They actually talk to you. Not just work on your nails and forget your there. Plus he cleaned them up made them look so much better. I’d give them a 10 if I could. I will definitely be going back. Oh and his prices are great!

Absolutley the worst place to get your nails done. They charged me $35 just to get gel on my toe nails. No pedicure. & then the lady ripped the end of my fingernail off because she was ripping the acrylic nail off instead of soaking it in acetone. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

the lady was not very nice to me. Kept sighing and talking to the lady next to her. She didn't feel I was relaxed enough and kept adjusting me and getting irritated. Didn't follow my instructions completely either. I was to have ring fingers special and didn't do it. Prices were way too high compared to the other places I've been.

I've been going here for about a year now. The service is always quick an it's good quality. But sometime depending on who you get for your nails they can be done poorly. I've only had one incident that this happen to me. But I enjoy going an having my nails done here. It's a safe an friendly nail salon an most of the time everyone is friendly. It is a pricey place they could take their prices down like everyone else. But it's acceptable for the work that they do I suppose. I would recommend this nail salone for anyone in need of a good manicure or Pedi done. I wouldn't suggest anywhere else.
