All of the staff and vets at Cross Creeks are amazing! We usually see Dr. Julia and she is always so attentive to needs and concerns. While my dog is nervous, everyone takes their time and care with him.

I cannot say enough great things about Cross Creeks Animal Hospital. Dr. Jeffrey Shields provided the best, most professional care for my dog, Heisman, for 11 years. I would never consider another veterinarian.

We love Cross Creeks Animal Hospital! We have a lot of fur babies (3 dogs and 4 cats) and Dr Julia has been amazing with them all. They’ve been able to accommodate our large crew and get us in quickly when an urgent apt has been needed.

Unfortunately are experience was not as positive as others on these reviews. We started to go to Cross Creek Animal Hospital and everything seemed fine. Then our little one became having multiple symptoms and even though most of the symptoms were addressed they were not looked at as a whole. A veterinarian who is knowledgeable in their profession should of recognized all of these symptoms as a whole were not adding up. Something was wrong. The time that an X-ray was finally done (at my request) it was to late. We ended up at OSU Veterinarian Hospital. Our little one was diagnosed by OSU as having an aggressive nasal tumor that is spreading and is cancerous.
We are disappointed and sadden and will not be returning to Cross Creek Animal Hospital. They haven’t even reached out to us once regarding our beautiful little one.

We’ve been taking our cats and dogs here for years. Both of the Dr Shields are knowledgeable and incredibly patient. I haven’t compared their prices to other local veterinarians so I don’t know how they compare, but they are worth every penny for our family!

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Shields and Dr. Ben know our pets and our family. Perhaps a bit more expensive than some places, but they have the expertise and equipment to handle more complicated issues. They have added a new doctor, Dr. Julia. She saw our Sheltie for the first time today and provided the same quality of care we have gotten from this practice over the years. Showed dogs in 4H, currently has a cat, bonus points for naming it Scully. Found out today she and Dr. Ben are Star Trek fans.They recently remodeled the grooming section to add two new exam rooms. They no longer offer grooming, but it allows more folks to get in and out quicker. imo.
