I don’t think I’ve written many reviews in my life but I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had today. I feel like I traveled to New York to have my hair done when I visit Soto Salon! I am beyond happy to share that my hair stylist, Courtney Clemons (licensed advanced cosmetologist), helped me achieve my desired look while making my hair feel healthy and look beautiful. I have a professional educator speaking engagement in Columbus and wanted my hair to look nice and trustingly visited Soto.
Courtney really listened! He worked hard to create a unique and personalized experience for me. He used hair color tones that worked well with my skin tone ( I wear less make-up as result!) After being in his chair, all I get are compliments from friends and family! To top off my fantastic visit, client service professional at the front desk, Najah Johnson, is so kind, friendly and goes “above and beyond” to make me feel welcomed as a customer every time I visit. What a wonderful salon, to hire caring professionals who are exceptional people invested in customer satisfaction and values quality service. Soto Salon, thank you!

I recently came in for a spa day. Overall mostly a great experience! My aesthetician and nail tech were both amazing! As was my hair stylist.
I only gave 4 stars because I was supposed to get a "therapeutic massage" and instead I got a "relaxation massage" which doesn't feel like they're really doing anything. The website lists It has a therapeutic massage so I'm not sure why she told me I was getting a relaxation massage and proceeded to give me that.

Amazing service!!! My Mother and I both had facials with Andrea and Dana. Both exceptionally professional and sweet. Surprise to us my Mother went through Chemo and her hair needed tried.
Soto said they trim hair for the sick like my Mom!!!! Just knowing this makes Soto stand out for the generosity and Kidness. Thank you for this act of kindness my Mother left feeling happy.

Being new to the area I took a chance on trying out Soto Salon for my first hair style and cut. I was randomly booked with Tatum and I couldn't be more happier. I feel lucky to have tried Soto as my first salon experience here. Tatum took her time at first to get to know me and my hair and ever since then, she's been on spot with giving me my best hair style.

Jenna Gibson did my highlight/lowlight/cut last week and did amazing! She was kind, interactive, and was passionate about the final results of my hair. 10/10 would recommend her for blonding!

Jamie is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had hands down. She is so good with people who have muscular or joint issues and is very in tune with her clients. Can’t say enough good things about her!
