First time here just to get a donut and bottled iced coffee and the donut was stale and hard. It wasn’t even worth my time to go back won’t be back here if that’s what they consider good customers service. 12/12/23

Rich, Sue and the entire staff are the best!! A family run business. Great place to get your gas, and grab a sandwich or drink when your on the run. Just wish they would sell me the Mega Millions winning ticket.

Rich's kindly let our soccer team have a car wash there to help raise funds for tournaments. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Very clean too.

I’ve been frequenting this family business for over 30 years. They have an outstanding selection of craft beers and a friendly staff. The family that owns the business gives back to the Parma community and organizations. It’s no wonder this business has been around for so many years.
