Been going here for a year and I’ll have to say this place is clean. The equipment is nice and maintained well. And the newly remodel is nice.
The problem I have, and others also have, is this one supervisor or manager (not sure), Krista can be very rude and condescending to many people. She doesn't seem to be very friendly for a supervisor or manager. They can’t seem to keep the place staffed turnover seems high and wondering if the reason is the workers may also not get along with their management?! Not clear, but it’s obvious this gym struggles with the customers and staff for some reason! Improve the customer experience and it would be great.

Signs were put up about construction at this location with dates that was only a week long, yet still not done almost two months later. So they are making money off of people for memberships they can't even use. Employees do not do well at their job. They will send you into tanning beds without ever starting them so you get ready to get in just to find out you have to get redressed and go ask them again to start the bed. Other nearby locations are also horrible but this months long construction that wasn't needed is a little asinine.

Great, caring and supportive staff helped me adjust to being a gym newbie. It's a large facility with a wide selection of machines. Plus they have numerous machines and free weights to handle the member volume. Although under remodeling currently, looking forward to the new look!

This place has the best deluxe equipment with the fat handles. I only see when I'm out of town! Tried to hide it from me,,,,but Now I know where to go for the best machines? my workout felt different today thanks!!!

Gym is cleaned regularly. Lots of high quality equipment that I enjoy. Staff is polite and friendly.

Cleanest place around. Tim and his staff keep this place spotless. They are in construction mode, but it is going to be a premier location when they are done.

I love this place but why the kids program every summer/spring?? Like can they not go to their high school or something? It’s crowded enough we don’t need a bunch of kids running around. Can the adults have something geez? Let them go outside and play. Like I said, I like it here but makes it quite annoying being elbow to elbow with people and KIDS smh.

This place is absolutely nasty and dirty, they have this really ugly supervisor that is completely bald and has tattoos on his head which look completely unprofessional, he claims to be a supervisor which is hilarious because he’s not even wearing a PF work shirt. Don’t go to this gym save you’re time and gas please and go to a different one.

Honestly, very impressed. I live in Los Angeles where fitness classes, studios and gyms are omnipresent. Was looking for a place in Parma where I could get a few good workouts in during my visit. Planet Fitness did not disappoint.
Athena was super helpful and friendly during sign up, and answered all of my questions with grace! I love that there are always plenty of treadmills available, all the equipment seems to be working and in great condition, and it’s never too crowded. Very happy I joined for the duration of my time in Parma! 10/10 would recommend.
