My son started Parma Preschool in December after starting the year at another local preschool, where he had an awful experience. Since he started we've seen such a difference in him! His language has improved, he can write his name, more independent, he's learning how to handle emotions, and he's even working on his big motor skills (he always practices his balance). The school is clean with beautiful classrooms and other play areas throughout the building. They even take the kids outside on nice days. The staff is incredible with the kids, they acknowledge each child, they're friendly, and most importantly, they know how to work with this age group, and meet them where they're at instead of force them into a cookie cutter. We absolutely love this school and what they've done for my son!

Best preschool for kids who start for the first time with good teachers to teach good discipline and be independent.

My daughter loves Mr. John and Mrs Julie! She has learned soo much from them. I wish I would’ve put my oldest child in this school. Can’t wait for my baby to be able to enroll .

Loved the staff and activities for the kids. My daughter really enjoyed going here. I wish there was a dedicated office staff/clerk to handle paperwork, field questions, or even to return calls. I recommend this school to family and friends. It has a safe and clean indoor and outdoor learning environment.

I called with some concerns about the school, and rather than listen, the faculty trivialized my concerns, shouted over me so I couldn't talk, and hung up on me. They then harassed me about missing tuition; they said I was 3 months delinquent, but I was caught up. They have very poor organizational skills, they don't keep adequate records, they blame the parents for their own mistakes, they tried to kick my son out of school rather than deal with the problem, and they are unprofessional. Finally, my boy said that one of the teachers grabbed him and squeezed until it hurt, and even said at one point "next time it will be worse!"

So far, can't get a call or email back. One time I reached a human there was a pregnant person in labor n they were the only ones who knew anything, so was told to wait for call back. That was last year, this year called/emailed, it's been going on 2 weeks. ... going somewhere with adults in charge.

Parma preschool is an amazing preschool. They take learning through a whole new level. They allow the children to learn through the asking questions. They get the children to learn the cause and effect. The children learn many things through play, they make life long friendships, and they get to be independent. The focus on helping your child succeed in which ever learning environment that suits them. The staff are all wonderful. They are friendly and greet you with a smile. The are personable, if there is any issue they handle it appropriately. Our BOPS group, kind of like a PTA, are wonderful too. All the parents are there wanting the same things, the best for our children. We work together to create the best events throughout the year. I am very thankful I found Parma preschool and I fully entrust them with my children. I know they will do great things here.

These people may be nice, there are extremely unorganized though and do not want to take responsibility for losing any paperwork and just say that the parents forgot to send it in. Then if you try to disagree with them they get nasty and sarcastic.
