It's worth the drive and even renting a truck if necessary!”
“Usually reserve opinion on a record shop until I've had a chance to visit a few times and get a sense of whether that first impression was accurate or not but this one felt special and, unfortunately, it's going to be a while before I have a chance to step back in. Spun through during a trip to Cleveland with a friend. It was the last shop (of about 7 or 8) that we managed to hit while in town. Almost didn't bother making the trip after being somewhat underwhelmed by a couple of other spots dotting the city but were so very, very glad that we did.New and used selections were beautifully curated, prices were fair (new imports under Discogs and plenty of solid, clean, used finds under $10), the folks working there were both friendly and tremendously helpful, and it had that sort of atmosphere that invites hanging around for hours on end that's just such an intangible bonus. Will definitely be haunting their website moving forward. Any town would be lucky to have a shop of this quality. Between The Current Year, Haus Frau, and Bent Crayon, Cleveland has some really solid options but this one just had that little bit of extra something something.”

“My husband and I went to LazBoy yesterday to look at recliners.. we were greeted by Marcell who showed us where to look and allowed us to walk around and sit in EVERY recliner to see which one we were most comfortable in without being pressured at all! He answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly and was extremely helpful!! My husband even told the store manager what a great employee he is!! “I just recently ordered some soaps and skin care! After using the facial scrub with the oatmeal bar and toner with oatmeal moisturizer my skin feels amazing! the scent is lovely but the results are incredible my skin is glowing and feels smoother than before. “I worked with Sean and the team at Sapphire Pear to design and renovate an empty room in my basement into my dream home office. The room turned out FANTASTIC, far exceeding my expectations. Sean was very collaborative to work with - he included me every step of the way. Some items were over budget - ultimately it was my decision to include them, and I have no regrets because every part and detail of the design was cohesive and high-quality. Sapphire Pear's design fees were very reasonable for the large amount of work they took on - from the up-front design, to sourcing materials and contractors, to handling a repair on one of the pieces of furniture that arrived with damage.I have gotten MANY compliments on my office from people who have seen it, and those who I work with remotely over Zoom. I love this room. If you want a nice room that you love, Sapphire Pear can make that happen.”

“I had a great experience here. My family member needed a floor lamp fixed - the socket with the on/off switch had been damaged. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Initially they said they’d have the lamp ready in a couple of days, but we were going to be out of town for the week so they got everything repaired within just a few hours! Pricing was very affordable and the service was fantastic!”
