I very rarely leave reviews and I wish there was an option for no stars. The pharmacist was RUDE!!!. I called today to find out if they had my sons medication in stock because the doctors office told me to try to find a pharmacy with his medication. I understand the policy of why they can't give that information out but she was rude and short with me FOR NO REASON and had a bad attitude. You're working in customer service DO BETTER or get a different job!!!!!

I've been shopping here for approx 10 years - the last handful of visits have been unpleasant. I can't help wonder when I see so many different staff members in a bad mood, who's at the top running things?
The positive side of things is that I've recently discovered some other good stores in the area. I'm not obligated to continue being your customer. :)

Drug mart is a staple of the city life around here.
It's always been there for you, from the last-minute school projects and the cold medicine ? ? from the pharmacy.
The toy isle is large enough for a drug mart.
They have an easy way of effortlessly whisking the holiday stuff for everyone to the isles.
They are not necessarily known for their produce, but they have some.
The floor tiles are worn, and the muszac is loud enough to snap your fingers ? ? ? ? ?.

Absolutely the best drug store! Today I had an issue with my meds and I didn’t realize it was their lunch break. Sam took care of my issue during his lunchtime. What a great guy!
Always a great experience when I go into the store. The pharmacy personnel are always professional and friendly. This place is better than CVS and Walgreens. Prices are lower and staff is better.

I have been going to the Parma Hts Discount Drug Mart for many years. I get my prescriptions filled here and the pharmacy staff is always pleasant and helpful. The only concern I have is why hasn't the Western Union money order machine been replaced? This is the only location that I know of that doesn't have one. When I need to purchase money orders I go to the Strongsville Discount Drug Mart.

This pharmacy is the most incompetently run place I’ve ever visited. Called an order in over a week ago for my dogs seizure medicine & it is not ready today. This is not the first issue I’ve had with her life saving medicine not being filled on time& it has cost us 100s of dollars in getting it filled at the emergency vet. If you love the people/ pets that you are getting meds for there, I would stop going bc they likely will not receive the care they need at this establishment. We will NEVER be returning to any drug mart as this is the only location we’ve ever had the displeasure of going to but they have tarnished any positive reputation that this business may have been clinging to. Avoid if you love your family because they clearly don’t care.

Posting this for my elderly grandma…“Absolutely delighted with the changes that are happening at my favorite Discount Drugmart.The assistant manager helped me today and she was very sweet and helpful. I always see her around smiling and interacting with customers.Good job to all team at Discount Drugmart on York rd.

I recently stopped by grab some things for tacos, and a get home and lo and behold the taco shells were stale, the tomato was far beyond ripe. Then over the weekend me and gf stopped by to grab a couple of things and we told the cashier that our orders were separate, she became visibly irritated, caught an attitude with myself and my gf, and has i was trying to pay for my stuff she rushed my gf's things through and my transaction wasnt even completed and ended up charging my gf everything, im sorry but this is highly unacceptable from a customer service stand point. Your management needs to have a serious discussion with their team members about proper customer service and stock rotation.

This place is a complete joke, I went to your courtesy center and watched three (managers) stand and talking when I said hello they all looked at me like I ruined their day. I will be taking my business to giant eagle, it's same distance with better service
