Great equipment!!! We did a tour of the facility and everyone that we met or ran into was extremely friendly and willing to to discuss thier job task. Andrew was our tour guide and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Shipping is awesome, great group of guys. Friendly fast and helpful! Shipping is to your left and receiving is straight ahead as you pull onto their lot. Tons of room to maneuver into docks. Nicely laid out lot for easy maneuvering.

Do not buy these machines for golf courses. They cannot keep up with the demand of mowing on a weekly basis. Too many moving parts and tightly packed hoses underneath become dry rotted and have to be replaced. Machine is less than 2 years old and I've had nothing but problems. We are on a strict schedule for greasing and part still wear to fast. Small gas tank requires constant filling. They also like to overheat on very hot days. One of the ventracs we've had just shuts off randomly. We've replaced numerous parts including the carburetor fuel tank and fuel lines.I have know edited this review to let ppl know a alternator for this machine is $680 before shipping. That is more expensive than alternator for a Cadillac. Don't buy these. Also notice the other review that talks about gas problems.Also people who work for the company are obviously giving 5 stars.

My experience with Ventrac has not been good and I will never buy another one of these machines. I have videos of the problems we've had the past 3 years and we are just not figuring out its a problem inside the gas tank.. I've made the trip from Oxford , Al to Montgomery , 1hr 45 min multiple times to only come back with the same issue... The machine will run fine for hrs and sometimes days and then it will shut down.. backfire while trying to crank. and then you have to limp it back to trailer.. Ive changed coil packs.. $1,700.00+. all fuel filters. spark plugs etc and we have gotten the problem down to the gas tank is breaking down and its stopping up the line. Of course this isn't covered under warranty , the machine only has around 500 hrs. its a 2019.. I tried to call Ventrac and the extension they give you to speak with a Rep doesn't work... We have been in business for 15 years plus... Worst experience we have ever had with a machine.

I bought a ventrac with a diesel. It has a Kubota diesel in it which I think is way underpowered, when it starts bogging down puking black smoke out of the exhaust. I have 25 hours on it my dealer has been great so far, and his did everything in their power to work with me and it's done everything in their power to w I've had bolts that have fallen off my fuel gauge does not work and the belt on the deck had broken, all within 25 hours after paying the money I paid for this, for the accessories this thing should be like a Cadillac. Also the fuel feed is very hard to use I'm really disappointed in this machine. I also purchased a light kit to go with the roof fan and the canopy kit it did not plug up I had to rewire the thing myself even though the dealer said that they would do it as I said I'm not a happy camper with this thing.

I purchased my Ventrac last June. Regretfully, I have had nothing but problems out of it. Mine is a gas engine and it ALWAYS overheats! I’ve been working with the dealer where I bought it, trying to get it fixed. They’re great folks and have been very nice to work with, but I think they’re unsure what to do at this point. I’m afraid I just got a lemon. My Ventrac usually starts to overheat within 45 minutes of initial operation. I clean the radiator screen, whether it needs it or not, then I sit there until the light indicators drop back down. Then I start cutting again and then it will start overheating again in about 10 minutes. Then I repeat the process. I literally have spent a fourth or more of my mowing hours just sitting on the Ventrac letting it cool down. The dealer suggested that I pressure wash the radiator, which I’ve started doing between mows, but it seems to have little if any improvement. Well that’s enough whining I guess.UPDATE... After posting the previous review, Ventrac contacted the servicing dealer and had the technician try several things to resolve the machines overheating issue. I was informed that they changed out the radiator and put a different type of fluid into the machine, as well as a few other things. They returned my tractor after a few weeks and I’m glad to report it appears to be working the way it should (knock on wood). Therefore, I’m changing my 1-Star rating to a 4-Star and crossing my fingers that it will continue to perform properly ??

I have owned a Ventrac 3400L for 8 years. I think the machine is awesome. HOWEVER their dealers and getting parts is not to be desired. Their parts areoverpriced and not convient to acquire. Being in East Texas has very limited access to parts and or repair places.

Bought a 4500Z and this thing is hands down better than anything I have ever ran. I have 20 acres and a lot of very wet and tight areas.The Ventrac works without flaw. I would buy this over the John deere and Kubota I tried. They left me nervous where the Ventrac gave confidence.Also the follow up from the company is amazing.
