Purchased a vehicle here on December 28th 2023. It is now February 21st 2024 and I have not received any paperwork to get my car registered in my name. Marissa the finance manager told me my paperwork to register my car would be mailed. I never received it and started calling them. Every time I call they treat me as if I did something wrong and everybody has a story and basically telling me they did their part and nothing more to do except for me to keep waiting. Just getting the runaround from each person. Poor customer service. I understand things happen and I also understand when balls get dropped, none of us are perfect. In this case a ball was dropped and instead of ensuring that it was fixed in a timely manner they blame others, say it's taken care of and they treat me crap for calling and emailing. I cannot get a manager on the phone. The receptionist just says they can't help me as it's in title clerks hands. They did give me 2nd temp tag so I can drive the car at least. Somebody there made a mistake and I am being treated like crap over it, it is so unprofessional. Worst car buying experience ever. Ultimately I just want answers and a solution. Which to them is telling me they sent the paperwork in, just wait. Not acceptable. It'd doesn't take that long.

We went to buy a used car and we were approved by my bank. We tried to get a better rate with dealer financing but it was higher. When I told the I wanted to go with the bank they said the current price was with dealer financing only and if I finance through my bank the price goes up

about two and a half years ago I bought 2006 blueberry CADILLAC with 50,000 miles on it. I didn't hardly drive the first year I owned I put 1,000 miles on it. the 21/2 years I put 8 or 9000 miles on it. I paid 10,000 for a 5,000 dollar car. 60100 miles on it. loved the car untill 2,000 miles ago found out it was using a lot of oil. serpentine told me to bring it back in 1,000 miles they doing an oil consumption check . so I did, it use 1 quart of oil ..was on my second oil consumption test when I got a letter from them telling me to trade it in and they would put me in a newer car for the same monthly payment or less .. so I traded it in but my monlhly payment went up 150 dollars.. got me coming and going. the caddy is for sell today 3/31/2018...buyer beware when dealing with serpentine of orrville

Last time I missed a call and that was on me, but this time it took 40 extra minutes on an oil change because a new guy stripped a lug. A little courtesy and honestly could go a long way instead of letting me sit there wondering what is going on.

I will first say that the salesman did a great job and the crew worked hard to get me financed. The issue that I had was that I asked if they had any 2016 car that would work and was told 'no' only to find out they did with good rebates. Also when I signed the paperwork we were pushed through very quickly and not given a chance to read anything. We were also not given our copy of the papers until the next day. When I came up on a different day to speak to the finance office they guy seemed very inattentive and like I was a bother to him. If I would have had a chance to sit down and read all of the information on the contract I think I would not have signed.

Are great to work with. Highly recommend as a trustworthy place to do get your vehicle serviced or repaired. By far the best place I've found in the area to get vehicle service or repairs done!

Would definitely recommend! If you want a salesman who is actually honest and would rather help you than trying to make the most money they can by getting you into different deals, I would suggest asking for Zach Bauer. My family has been buying cars from him for decades because he is an honest guy. I bought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS from him, and I absolutely love it! I will definitely be going here first when it is time to get another car because I can trust who I am dealing with, and you can too.

They ordered my part I needed and had it in the next day. I added an oil change to the total and am very satisfied with everything. I felt like I was the most loyal customer that they had.

We had a bad experience at Serpentini of strongsville , but this one provided a pretty pleasant experience .Aaron Jarett took care of us, he haggled with us to get what we wanted, I have nothing but good things to say about him. The only reason I am giving a 4 star and not a five, is because of where it's located, it's next to an electrical plant , but it's no longer producing electricity so they run antifreeze through it and it spews into air and lands on the vehicles, my car was covered in fallout, my husband was able to to remove it with a clay bar, but it amazes me they would sell cars covered in fallout. You can even SMELL the antifreeze when your sitting in the dealership , I ended up getting a head ache . That was pretty disappointing.
