I love Woodforest great bank great service all the ladies are helpful and go out of their way to help I cannot say enough about these ladies they all are badass and they work hard words alone cannot begin to describe these wonderful women and 5 stars please if I could I would give them 100 stars way to go you ladies rock it everyday thank you for all that you do cause I could not do what I do without you.and thank you for helping my brother you take the time to explain things so that he understands them thank you

I've been pretty loyal customer ever since I moved to Ohio I finally got approved for disability my first direct deposit to this bank they let a company evidently had to bebebechecking my balance I would like to know how many times it company has put in a draw against my account I don't see nothing nowhere there is no way they lucked out there's no way they lucked out and checked my bank account on my birthday at least 2 days before my check should have come or at least a day before

I was referred to this Bank. I left a Credit Union that I was with for about 28 years!
Got to the Bank, I would say 10 minuets before closing time and was greeted with kindness and eagerness to want to assist. By a Banker by the name of Andrea, she made sure she knew what I was looking for in a Bank and once it was 7pm closing time, Andrea surprised me. Being able to create my Debit Card at the Location! I didn’t have to wait for my Debit Card to be shipped.
Andrea made sure I knew how to log in online for the first time, to making sure one more time that I knew about how the Savings and Checking Accounts worked and how Fee’s could occur, even though I had the Documents in a folder. The next day, I received a follow up call, asking was everything okay and did I get my online Banking set up?
I cannot remember the Managers name that was working that day, she was very kind also. So far the first impression was awesome. I hope the great experience will continue!
