“I was in there this afternoon about 1:00 to get a money order. I've never gotten one before and asked the woman behind the counter if she could show me how to fill it out. This was a large amount of money and I didn't want to make a mistake. I had recently had a stroke and have difficulty writing neatly. So when she began filling it out for me I was so grateful! She stopped before filling in each line and then showed me what she wrote. Never once did she say anything about my disability. She is an asset to this community and we are all the better for having her here.”
“I had the most wonderful service from a very helpful and very charming (and I’ll be honest, VERY handsome) Latino clerk. He was so kind and so patient. I will absolutely go out of my way to send my mail with him because he was just so helpful and sweet. This is a great post office. 10/10, would recommend!”
“This is my second five star review BECAUSE of employee named "Matt" whom answers the phone and seems to run things. This is the second occasion a retailer had messed up my address and the SECOND time Matt helped me track it down and get it to me. When he is working, I have to imagine things go smoothly. I'd also like to thank Lou. He was also very professional and kind when I come into the post office in-person. Thanks to you both for making stressful situations less stressful. You both should be promoted and/or receive a raise. People like you are becoming rare these days. “Shannon is a really wonderful person he’s great always took care of me with my packages and even gave my kid a toy and treats everyone with respect great customer service I even came last minute a couple times and made it and always been taking care of me I definitely recommend this post office to anyone you won’t go wrong love this post office!!! :)”
“Around 4:00 today, Thursday February 2, I stopped in to the North Olmsted USPS to mail a package. I was initially, unintentionally curt with the postal worker helping me due to my own labeling error on the package. I appreciated her candor and patience with me and we were quickly having pleasant conversation while she clarified some questions I had as she processed my delivery. It is often too easy to be curt with customer service workers. Though I did not get her name, I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her professionalism, subtly reminding her customer that she is part of my customer service process too. Keep up the great work. Thank you!”
“Had a package that was sent incorrectly the post office was on it the moment I sent a request for a case. With in a day my package is rerouted and coming to me. They even called to tell me. I love my local post office and the people there. Keep up the awesome Job. I appreciate all you do especially being short handed you all rock”
“I drive from Westlake, past the Westlake post office to come to this location for any mailing needs I have. Friendly staff but more importantly, much faster service than my hometown post office in Westlake. Yesterday I had to wait about five minutes and the guy apologized to me repeatedly.
Can't believe this is a government run place at how efficient it is.”
“robin is our mail carrier and is outstanding at her job. she is consistent and timely and always comes with a smile, kindly greeting all the customers and animals. we look forward to her every day. as a business owner, i am grateful for the package pick up, and robin and anyone that does her route, kindly pick up even if i haven’t submitted a request. mary lou is a constant at the post office, kind, professional and a great sense of humor. we are lucky to have this service.”

“I came to the North Ridgeville branch because the employees at the Avon usps are awful. So rude, and complaining non stop about how much they hate their jobs. I had a very different experience here. The workers were friendly, kind and professional. I will gladly drive out of my way to come here vs the Avon branch which is right around the corner from my house. Thank you.”

“I come to either buy stamps or ship items , never had an issue , special thanks to the older gentleman I believe his name is Craig . He is an asset to the post office . Wait time not bad , only issue I had I requested on many times fir them to stock the Eid stamp and they never do.”
“I love coming here. My boyfriend set up my PO BOX before I made the official move to this state. It's always quiet and clean. But expect long lines, especially Mondays (see photo) and not very many workers for some reason. I guess this is the result of closed Sundays (my day off)”
“Staff members seem to enjoy their work and will open additional windows if busy. I’m typically greeted with a smile and asked if there is anything else they could do for me. It’s a post office, and the employees shouldn’t be held responsible for a poorly designed facility and parking lot.”
“Always short-staffed but the employees try their best to be quick. It's usually the customers slowing them down by being unprepared with their packages. They are friendly if you are not an annoying customer.”
“I use this branch regularly. It is a busy place. Staff moves the line along nicely. There's professional knowledgeable and polite. Customers are a little impatient as we always expect things to go fast. Some restaurants also have lines which we patiently accept.”

“I had a package stuck in limbo, going back and forth between Akron and Cleveland distribution centers. Reached out to the Olmstead Falls post office and they helped solve my missing package. The lovely employees even called me to confirm delivery and ask if there was anything more they could do. Between the staff inside and the amazing gentleman who delivers my mail, I love my local office and thank them for all their hard work.”
