I went to get my car washed after a big snow and spent $10 on the drive through wash.It did not clean my car thoroughly. I went through the self wash to clean the rest off. I called Petit and left a message with them.They were very quick to respond. They also sent me a refund plus an extra coin for my inconvenience. Thank you for your wonderful customer service! I am a loyal costumer !

Top notch equipment and company. Fast attentive service, and the equipment itself is of the highest quality. You can tell thought and passion are the first priorities in it's development. Very clever and well made. Worth every penny.

"Beware the Barberton location doubled in price from $1 to $2 I would assume the same has recently taken place in Wadsworth also. (06JAN)
