Our condo complex changed to this company a while ago because they are 2 minutes from us. We thought because they are so close we thought they would be better. Other residents and I are very disappointed as the response time to issues has been EXTREMLY bad. When smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors start beeping they never respond. I called the fire department one time and they said there was nothing they could do since it was just the batteries needing replacement and they were not allowed to touch it. We had a motor burn up on a washer and after the firemen got it out of the laundry room it has been sitting in our hallway for a good month now. The photos I've added are some of the shoddy work they're doing on properties they "manage". This is another fun example of a company that does the bare minimalist of maintenance. While charging high outrageous fees through HOAs.

I have been waiting over a year to receive my replacement pool pass and for 2 years in a row they have not sent me a payment coupon book, so I have to drop it off at the office monthly.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Just called to voice my concerns about my condo in Carriage Hill, how the plow comes every weekday at 2:30 AM and stays for an hour with loud beeping, over and over, when there is NO SNOW, and I was told she will "file my complaint" but there is nothing she can do, that they have a contract to follow. She said the Board will discuss it at their next meeting. If that isn't laughable, I don't know what is! Our HOA is $502 a month for no reason what-so-ever and the Board is useless. Can't wait to sell and never look back! What is the point of a "management company" if they don't do anything when there are issues / concerns? She was also rude and had no empathy what-so-ever, but then she probably got a good nights sleep, so what does she care?

Another year and another HOA rate raise. No accountability. questionable business practices going on. Time to sell before they jack up the rates so high my condo won’t be worth a quarter. Any condo associate board out there that is contemplating hiring Reserve Realty should have their heads examined.
