Pooch Palace was the best place I could have chosen! I had to travel for a month and didn't have anyone to leave my 6 month old cavalier with for the time. Pooch Palace took exceptional care of her and she was very happy and loved during her stay. She was well cared, well fed and the staff are just the best! They sent me pictures every few days of Jessie playing around and enjoying her furry friends. I would recommend Pooch Palace a thousand times!

Misty was there last weekend and I'm grateful to have Pooch Palace near our home. She can cause a ruckus and have separation anxiety so I'm glad they have a gentle and patient staff. Every staff member is very knowledgeable and they 100% care about your dog. It was easier for me to travel knowing she was in good hands.

My dog Tommy absolutely loves going to Pooch Palace for daycare once a week and occasional boarding. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Switched from a place that I didn't like that I won't name to this one.....I have only started using this place the past year.... Even when the new owners took over it got even better.... I couldn't Be happier my dog does day care Here... Everyone is so friendly and great communication....Highly recommend...

Baby Belle loves going to Pooch Palace! She loves all the staff Pooch Palace staff is compassionate, caring and Kind. They all are so hard working and know each dog individually. Cant wait for her next visit!

I’ve been taking my dog Mia here for daycare for a while now and I highly recommend it! Everyone is so nice and friendly and really seem to love her! I love taking her there! I’ve also brought her to Chris for her grooming and he does an amazing job! She always looks and smells so good! He is always really friendly and he’s great at what he does! I wouldn’t take her or trust her with anyone else!

I'm going to be honest. Dogs get ignored and get thrown in the back and nobody keeps an eye on them. I took my dog there three years ago and when he came back from play he was exhausted and had bite marks all around his neck. I was very upset and when I asked the girl at the counter what happened she gave a nonchalant remark that "oh they play rough together " come on really? Needless to say, I never went back. Not the best place to have your dog. Seems like a lot of dog "favoritism" I didn't like it and haven't went back since. Owner was never there which gave a huge red flag to me as in when I came to pick up Reggie she was nowhere to be found. I had to deal with some young high school girl. I just didn't find it professional. It wasn't her fault because there shouldn't be one young girl running an entire dog daycare by herself:/

Rocket was born during the pandemic so he is super attached to us and has major separation anxiety. Pooch Palace is the only other place that he feels at home. Toni and Chris and their staff have been amazing with him!! They treat him like family!! Without Toni and Chris, my husband and I would never be able to leave the house! Highly recommend Pooch Palace. Wouldn’t trust anybody else with our baby boy!

Ashe isn’t a huge fan of doggy daycares, but he seemed happier at this one as he could be in the room with other pups that have similar energy/social preferences. They have the young/energetic room, the older doggy room, the young adult chill dog room, and more. They also said they have the bigger area for the dogs to all be together if that’s what you prefer for your pup.

Pooch palace exceeded my expectations. This was my first time ever boarding my dogs, and this place made me feel very comfortable from the initial phone call all the way to picking my pups back up. All of my questions were answered, the process was seamless, all of the team was very sweet, and I didn’t feel worried about my girls at all. In fact, I received some texts, pictures, and updates a few times throughout their stay as well which was so awesome. This was our first time using Pooch Palace’s services, but definitely won’t be our last!

To the point... if you need to be assured your pooch will be cared for and taken care of, look no further. Pooch Palace is THE place. Hand down. Our dog actually gets excited when we head into the parking lot there. The staff is very personable and you can tell they loves dogs! All around a great, fun safe place for your dog. Excellent boarding accommodations.Almost forgot... they make these yummy homemade dog treats that our dog is addicted to. We thinking of putting him in a 12 step program. (just kidding)

We have 2 large mutts, but Jackson gets super anxious around other dogs. He LOVES Pooch Palace and gets so excited when we take him there. Piper loves it too. The staff is super friendly and really cares for our furry friends ♥️ When we go out of town, it’s peace of mind knowing they are happy here!
