I used this location for the first time and when I returned to retrieve my items I was shocked that the store is unattended. A few of my items are missing. The sign on the door states it’s 24 hours but when I called customer service at 7pm the individual who answered the phone stated….its after hours and I need to get back to my family. I’ve never received such deplorable service. They insisted that my items would be in the locker because they are scanned in. The young lady also insisted that several text messages were sent to my phone but I did not receive a text message. Earlier in the same day another customer service rep admitted that they have had problems with carrier services and text messages are not going through. Admittedly I have never used this location nor did I not know they did not have a live attendant. My assumption was that the location that I had used for years in Hudson Ohio had the same quality of service and with a live attendant. Proceed with caution in using this laundromat. I would not recommend. They seem hell bent on defending poor customer service and inaccurate standard work procedures.

Easy peasy, no problem whatsoever. Just take a minute to learn the system and out the door with ease. Pick up as easy as drop off.

I have been using for years and received some of the best customer service. However for this location it’s now time to bring back live employees like Kevin instead of self service lockers. Same day service has been moved to 8:am drop off time when other locations are 10am. I now have to drive to the Beachwood location. That means this location might as well be closed.

I’ve used this location in Northfield / Macedonia for years and was typically very satisfied. These past two times were horrendous. My down comforter is soaking wet. I pulled it out of the bag they shoved it in and it smells so bad. It was in the locker for a day cause I didn’t have time to pick it up. I didn’t expect to have a wet comforter when picking it up. It’s a king size HOTEL GRAND® White Goose Down Comforter, All-Season Comfort. Why wouldn’t it be handled properly when I’ve had all of my comforters cleaned here?!?

There are many places one can take their dry cleaning and shirts, but I would argue that DO Summers is the best out there. Easily the nicest store and super spotless, it is effortless to drop off and they always get my items super clean and quickly back to me. Who wants to wait for dry cleaning? Nobody, ever. The staff is very nice here as well and the overall prices are competitive with others in the area. They also have great coupons and always offer them if you happen to forget your own. Love them.

I have only been to this cleaners two times. I went to pick up my second drop-off today and am leaving empty handed as they lost my clothes. Very little effort was made to locate them which is unacceptable. I also do not appreciate that my name and phone number was sent home with a person I don’t know or may not want to have this information. I will not be going back here after I am reimbursed for the lost clothes.
