I came in yesterday morning frantic. My eyebrows were a mess from being waxed at a local hair salon and I needed advice on what to do. It was my birthday yesterday and it was important to get this help. Jessica was able to help give me pointers on using an eyebrow pencil to fill the one side in. I've never used one before and honestly I'm not very intelligent or into the makeup game these days. I'm a super simple foundation and eye girl. I also told her I was in need of a new foundation. I wasn't happy with the current brand since a product update was done and shades were completely changed. She was able to match me with the most perfect foundation and a perfect new brush to go with it. After getting ready to go out to dinner everyone complimented me on how perfect my makeup was and they said it looked like it was done professionally. Jessica is so amazing, professional and just a joy to talk too. Thank you Jessica for helping me make my 40th birthday a beautiful one!!

TIP: Don't go by The level of stylist, 'Master' vs regular stylist. VET your stylist!!!! Ask, research, GET REFERRALS!!! Tahani is listed as a 'Master Stylist' but is actually a 'Master Mess-up' Who even had the nerve to tell me, while she was frying my hair off; that she was going to increase her rates soon because she was going to be an 'Elite Level Stylist'. These levels are attained not by demonstrated skill but by completing required assessments. Basically, someone watching a requirement amount of certified YouTubes. It explains how my hair turned out looking like my 6 year old niece highlighteded it. Not to mention, insult to injury when she insisted it was my fault because my hair was too dark. If your hair stylist doesn't raise any concerns or reservations they have during your consult, then it is on them when your hair is destroyed, let alone not what you asked for. Shame on you ULTA for allowing this to happen.

Hello?
So I keep in to get my hair done. And I had an umbrella that had turned kind of like golden instead of blonde and I wanted the goal. The gold to be more blind and then I just wanted to get some lighter. Blood highlights added on top of that umbre. Lla and instead, I got 90% brown and a few blonde highlights. And then the manager was extremely rude. She was pulling on my hair. The whole time purposely ripping out lots of my hair. As she was doing it, they were completely rude. All I do was ask them to fix it. They did not fix it. So now I have to pay to go to another salon to get it fixed when I have an appointment that I'm also disabled and they were making very rude comments about my disability. I would not recommend going to here. I'm all going to be contacting corporate and the owner of the store about the hairstylist manager and the lady that did my hair. Do not go here if you would like to get your hair done absolutely. Do not recognizing one of the most horrible experiences of my life getting back here done. I'm mixed extremely well tipper. And when you go to the salon you're supposed to be able to relax. I was not allowed to relax. I was not allowed of rust my eyes already thing and then it's Yankee I'm. My hair is so much pain that I was squinting my eyes and I could barely hold my head up.Cause she's pulling with so much.Come here also, they need to get a new hairstylist manager because she's a barely very rude.I did not mind paying for my service.I just wanted to correct it and they refused to correct it

I had a terrible experience at this Ulta beauty. I came in 15 min before they closed. The workers were very rude to me except one who was working at the salon she was very nice. I wish I had got her name. But two employees Jenn & Terese were EXTREMELY rude. I asked Terese for help first she told me she was “extremely busy” to help out because she was attending to a beeping sound coming from the perfume section. It was an annoying sound, but to turn down a customer for help was just extremely rude in my opinion. I then asked Jenn C. for help, she had the same demeanor. “We’re about to close,” she told me. I told her that she was being extremely rude. I understand it was closing time, but to just brush customers off who are SPENDING MONEY in the store is completely inexcusable. I own my own business down the street from this Ulta, & customers are always right & first for me. It’s what keeps them coming back to my shop. I will be calling corporate to complain further because that’s how rude the both of them were to me. They both need more customer service training or simply don’t need to work in customer service…especially Jenn C. I will also tell all of my rich friends to never waste their money shopping at this Ulta.

I just went to buy a Dior lip gloss and there was no one to assist me properly. I asked if I could get some other brand of lip gloss, but the person who assisted me didn't have any courtesy to show me even any of the brands. It was a very bad experience. Never recommend anyone to go to this store.

Sam the cashier was unprofessional and extremely rude. Learn your sales and don’t ever make a customer grab you a sale tag because you’re not aware of what is on sale.

No matter what it is I need I will find it here name brand or not this place is where I go. The prices are great what your hair done or blown out it's here too like I said what I need anything this is the place I come to.

I had an appointment with the stylist and waited 45 minutes for her to show up, after being told she would be with me I a few minutes. Then she completely ignored what I wanted done for my homecoming dance. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was they refunded the entire bill the next day

I had such a great experience at this store. Ms. Abby was such a help to me. She helped me pick out a new concealer and made sure I was comfortable using it and liked the results. She really took her time helping me that is very hard to find these days. Would 100% recommend coming here again !!

Went to Ulta Salon in North Olmsted and had Tahani do my hair - highlights, lowlights, and cut - and it’s the best my hair has ever looked! She did a fantastic job and was super professional. My hair has received so so so many compliments!!

Not the best customer service , they do not give you the correct information even if you have an appointment they won’t update you if it still works the day with the specialist or not. I was waiting 1 hour to let them figure out what happened with my appointment . Tahani is the best there she came in her day off .
