This is the only Rent my Toyota place in the country that requires you to use their service location to rent a car. Ridiculous !!

Beautiful car selection to choose from but that comes with a caveat, makes sure you meet the ( written and unwritten) requirements :
General requirements to rent a car at Rent a Toyota in the US:
-You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a Toyota vehicle.
-You need a valid driver's license and a major credit card in your own name to rent a vehicle in the Rent a Toyota program. Proof of full coverage insurance that will transfer to the rental vehicle will be required at the time of rental.
-Both Toyota owners and non-owners are able to rent vehicles using the Rent a Toyota app.
North Olmsted Location.
In addition to the aforementioned requirements, you must:
- Own a Toyota and be a customer at the North Olmsted location as this location does't rent cars to members of the general public.
- Are you a customer who regularly buy parts for your Toyota from this location and wish to rent one of their vehicles one day ? Well... tough luck!! unless you buy an entire engine or a transmission, you don't meet the definition of a customer at this location.

The best kept secret is that if you are a Toyota customer, you can rent a vehicle… They saved me over $200 from typical rental company services, more so i got a fantastic vehicle and the rental staff of Diane and Renee, the front and receptionist who was filling in for Diane, both of them went way above the proverbial extra mile… I hope they get a raise or at least somebody buys them lunch lol I would highly recommend this for anyone

I rented a Toyota while my car was having repairs. Diane Hogrefe made the whole process easy. She is knowledgeable regarding the cars available and does her job with a smile. My car needed to stay an extra day and Diane reached out to me - everything taken care of. Very pleased with the rental process at Westside Toyota. Diane Hogrefe does an excellent job!

I had to bring my truck in for some work
Westside gave me a rental car for the day
Diane Hogrefe was the young lady that helped me out this day april 23, she was fabulous to work with
Was able to answer any questions I had she was really pleasant and went out her way to make me feel comfortable with the whole situation
Definitely recommend working with her again
