I just bought a used Highlander, my rep Hanna was outstanding I highly recommend her! From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle on Autotrader, to the congratulations handshake, she made it an excellent experience; along with everyone along the way.

This is where i get my car serviced. This was my first time back since the new owners took over. I had a great relationship with this place and the former owners. My service advisor was Ricardo Vega and he helped out. He even found me a discount! Thanks!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!Buyer Beware!!! (Inflated 5 Start Ratings on this business as they push for reviews on Final Sales!!!)NOTE-Alleged Predatory Business Practices.I am writing this review after my warranty period with them so there is no retaliation. This is my first vehicle from this dealer and I get the impression things have changed with the recent new management of Five Star Auto Group, LLC.The Bad - Red Flags1. "REQUIRED" Options on preowned Vehicles (Paint Correction & Nitrogen Tires)2. Sales People are High Pressure and Unorganized3. Rude Staff4. Upper management treated Techs poorly.5. Long Wait Times. The Good1. Let the car be put on a lift so I could do a personal inspection.#1 ISSUE - Westside Toyota had a 2015 Honda Fit listed for 13,999.The Final sale paper I was originally presented with had the car listed at 18K..They brought in the salesperson who stated they were non-negotiable on the price and were rather stern with me when discussing how I expected there to be a max of $1000 for Tax/Title/Fees associated and was planning to be around the 15k range total.I was told they have "Nitrogen Tires" that are $400 PER TIRE.This was a non-negotiable item that they do "On All our Pre-Owned Vehicles". Only after hassling did they take off this fee BUT THEY DISCOUNTED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE INSTEAD OF TAKING OFF THE FEE FOR THE TIRES (Shady because I do not know what agreement there is for the Nitrogen system in the document)I was then told that they did a paint correction on the vehicle for $1000. I don't know what they did because this car is a 2015 and had chips in the paint along the hood and rear panels. It's my thought that they are including these "Bonus Features" To reduce the negotiating room for their customers when buying the vehicles as they will sit and let you cook waiting for "Upper Management" to approve taking off-the-line items.#2 Issue - Sales People are under High Pressure and UnorganizedIn tandem with #1, I had to repeatedly ask for copies of what I was signing (Foreshadowing #3). When I wanted to take time to read the documentation through I felt rushed. When we talked about the price they were on the top end and multiple times I had to push back against "Document Fees" and other add-ons. When we finally agreed on a price the salesperson stated "And If we Do that Price You will Do that Today!?" I could tell he was anxious and I got the Feeling he was just trying to extract as much value out of me rather than actually wanting to work with me and my needs.#3 Issue - Rude StaffSpecifically, when I request copies of documentation that I had signed as part of agreements to #2 I was told that I already had it and already agreed on the final price.I never agreed on the final price and just initialed the price the sales representative stated when I was with him $15,500.When I request a copy of this document where I agreed to the final Price the sales Rep (Samantha) got up and started her way to the printer where she Mumbled "Fucking Christ" Under her breath (I distinctly remembered this and did not hear this incorrectly she actually said this) as I have never had such inappropriate behavior when I want to protect myself after the shady dealings of #1 Issue.Laster Found Out that I DIDNT Sign a Final Agreement and they produced a New Document for me to Sign.#4 Issue - Upper Management Treated Techs Poorly. When the salesperson talked to the Technicians about allowing me to inspect the car there was a clear tone change towards the Technician from the Sales rep that just felt cold.Along the lines of "Just let him do what he wants. Ok?"There was a Missing Jack Stand that I questioned about and they did get me another after I mentioned it but not the insert to strap it down. I was originally told "They don't include them nowadays" Despite this car having a spare in the Trunk....I am running into the Character Limit. If you would like to know more please reach out to me on any social medi

Sarah Buchanan was very nice and helpful in the process of me purchasing my first vehicle from a dealership on my new 2016 Scion Im with a 6 speed manual transmission. Al, on the other hand, was not too professional. I couldn't afford a higher down payment and he tried making me ask people of who I know of to give me extra cash for a down payment. Al also tried pressuring me into purchasing a permacoat protection which is basically ceramic coating for over 800$ and seemed irritated when I declined the offer. I was also charged an extra 850 dollars on the car for "nationwide auto service" which was never mentioned before filling out the financial papers. Another thing that made me upset was that not even 20 minutes after I left the dealership, the tpms light started to flash on the dash meaning there was a communication error with the system. I came back the next day and Al made it seem like it was no big deal that there was already an issue within 1 hour of owning the car. He seemed mostly annoyed that I had complained about it rather then helping me out. I barely drove out of the parking lot before the light popped on! I am Satisfied with the car itself but there was a little lack of professionalism, I felt like I was treated different because I was younger. I felt like I was being taken advantage of due to my age and financial standpoint. I also felt like I was being harassed to make a review about their business.

We are Sam Brooks and Deborah Bush. We recently bought a 2019 Toyota RAV4 from Westside Toyota of Cleveland. The entire staff was pleasant and capable and professional. In particular we really want to commend Product Specialist Samantha Stoltz. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional. She gets our highest rating and is a true asset to your organization!!!

Car was detailed. When I picked it up there was a mud streak across the back seat. The wax on the outside was not rubbed out completely in spots. White streaks. Overall could have done better. Don't waste your money.

I’m never going back to this dealer. They don’t disclose damages. A week later I found out about the damage, I asked them to fix it. They refused to fix it. The manager, Bob Murray, said that I saw the car prior to purchase and after signing the paperwork and he refused to fix it.

Marina Kurilov was the best salesperson I've yet to deal with in my 20 plus years of buying cars. She was zero pressure and showed me exactly what I wanted. I left with the car that I went there for and it was a truly no hassle buying experience. I'd never owned a Toyota before and she was knowledgeable abd knew her inventory well. Marina had a lovely team lead, Dave, and they along with Matt from finance, got every detail worked out for me as I wanted. This was truly tge easiest experience. And I brought my 2 year old son to car shop and they were so easy with the process it was quick and efficient. Loved this experience. ❤️

It's difficult to talk about my experience and be polite at the same time. This was the third time in for a vibration in the driveshaft on my new Tacoma. The first time in (10/5/21) the truck had the rear springs replaced for the vibration under a TSB, the vibration was slightly better but still very evident. The second time for the same complaint on (10/25/21), Service Manager Brian Beane said he'd get a hold of the Field Service Rep and call me back. After 4 weeks I did not hear from Brian so I called him on 11/22 and left a message on his phone machine. After 7 more days (11/29) I still did not hear from him so I called the GM who picked up his phone. Shortly after that Brian called me back (now 5 weeks after he said he would call) and said he'd get a hold of the Field Service Rep again. Brian is terrible at following through on promises. Now Toyota says they won't fix my truck, all Tacomas have this problem and I should live with it. Toyota has a TSB on this vibration so they know there's a problem. I WAS a dedicated Toyota customer (I've bought many new Toyotas) but now never again. What a shame, Toyota Corp knows there's a problem and won't fix it, compounded by a terrible Service Manager at Sunnyside. Maybe Toyota builds good cars but don't buy a '16 up Tacoma, as I am now finding this is a very common problem on the later trucks.

Terrible people I went in to buy a 2007 Toyota Camry on July 19, 2021 I got the car which is great and all but when it rains the tires slip and the tires are dry rotted mind you they said they put "New Tires" on the car so I called them up and explained my situation and they had me waste my time going to the dealership to get them checked out just for them to say that it is normal for tires to do that because of the weather mind you I only put 5,000 miles on those tires and they already look old and guess what I go to see the manufactured date of the tires and the tires say the 30th week of 2017 so they put shitty dry rotted tires on my car that are 4 years old this place is a joke I would not buy a car from here and if they put "new tires" on your car check the manufactured date or you can be stuck with old tires that appear new when the car is on the lot.

Had a 10 am service appointment. Dropped car off at 9:45. No option to wait on site. Car to get oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blades. Waited at mall to over 4 hours and they had not even started. Took car and left. Never again.
