On June 17th My 16 year old son spent the money from his first job on a pair of shoes that we realized when he tried them on at home did not fit. He was so worried about creasing them in the store that he did not properly try them on. No worries, I went back with him to exchange them. Unfortunately they do not have another pair in his size even in another color. Kat told us that she was sure "the boss" would refund the money. She called my son later that day to say that "the boss" said that he can't do that. I stop by a week later during mall hours and there is no one at the store. It's closed (during mall hours!) I call on July 10 to make sure that there will be someone in the store to at least give us the store credit and speak to another employee Antwone. He tells me that he thinks that those shoes have been sold and that I should not dispute the charge and that he will call me right back after speaking to "The boss." He says that the boss has already agreed to refund the money and we should expect the refund in 3 to 5 days. It is now July 22 and there has not been a refund. I spoke to Kat again today. She tells me that Antwone is incorrect. They do not do store credits or returns, but I can go pick up the shoes that do not fit and she will give me a new printed reciept.
!!!!???? How does that help us? The shoes do not fit. It has been a month and in that time no shoes have come in that fit him. The website does not have a specific return policy posted. It only says, "We offer flexible returns dependent on how you initially shopped with us." Everyone we have spoken to has been polite, but eveyone that we have spoken to has told us something else. I am annoyed and confused and seriously can not believe how much time out of my summer this poor purchase has taken. Also I think that "the boss" should call me to discuss this.

Took care of me, helped me find the shoes I was looking for. Even when ended up not diggin the fit, she found me something I liked just as much. Will definitely come back and suggest hype North Olmsted to friends and family.

Absolutely a great place ! I went to three places and couldn’t find the shoes I wanted , stoped in great northern mall at hype and my father and I found the exact color we wanted , great staff reasonable price highly recommended no reason to shop on line when you have a place like hype sneakers
