I went there on 12/26/23. The massage was good - I did not give any special instructions. The main focus was on my back, neck and shoulders for an hour. They are NOT afraid to put a lot of pressure on tight spots. At points, the pressure was borderline too much, but with the degree of knots and adhesions that I had - I think it was necessary and I focused on breathing through it. In the end - I felt much better with better range of motion, etc. The next day, I was significantly sore - but that also was a relief. It was like the pain and tightness of a messed up back traded for the good kind of soreness that comes after a good workout.

Don’t go here!! I wanted a head, shoulder and neck massage in the chair and attempted to tell the woman working there. She did not speak English, so I pointed to what I wanted on their service menu. She led me to the back area where the tables and ignored me when I pointed to the chair. She then started to rub my lower body. I asked her to stop and pointed to my shoulders but she just kept rubbing my legs. Also, the thing you put your face into on the table was broken and kept making this cracking sound. It also had no more padding so my forehead was pressing into metal. Not to mention that the staff was chatting loudly the whole time and their phones kept ringing. It was a total joke.

Over the past decade, I have enjoyed many massages at Green Spa. Up until a few years ago the service and prices were outstanding. That being said, I believe they changed ownership within the last couple of years. The prices have increased in the past two years, which is expected. I will say, that since the change in ownership, the employees will outright ask for a larger tip for anything under twenty percent. The massages have always been and continue to be thorough. They will accommodate any level of requested intensity. Also, keep in mind that this is an ideal, on the fly massage, without needing an appointment. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to begin my massage.

This place is amazing for the money. I would suggest JUNE if you want a good deep tissue. Deal for the money. The mall noise is bothersome I don't understand why they don't shut doors and sometimes the men talk too much. Foot messages are amazing. NEVER disappoint.

I did not want to glorify this spa even an iota with a rating but the system forced me to give at least a 1-star rating and so i did. Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. My pregnant wife stood at the reception counter for 15 minutes and was not even greeted let alone extending help. Of the 3 people working there (2 males and 1 female) the elderly of the males had just completed a session, took the payment from that customer, and then didn't even bother to greet or talk to my wife even though she initiated a conversation, on top of that he took a sip of water, cleared his throat and spit into a dust bin inside the store which is right next to the reception and very close to a message bed on which a lady was receiving massage and just turned away and walked inside. In this pandemic situation that was ABSOLUTELY an unhygienic thing to do and especially when a pregnant lady is standing right next to the counter and the dust bin. We could clearly sense a bias of some kind and will never step into any branch of this spa chain ever. Also, I would strongly recommend anybody who wants to get a massage at this particular branch of the spa to think twice and better AVOID stepping in. If the employee is spitting into a bin which is in the middle of the spa it clearly shows they are not very keen on personal hygiene and don't care about the health of others.

I will never come back again. The service of the staff here is terrible. A master whose last name is Li pressed my shoulder very painfully. I told him that he made my shoulder very painful. When I told him, he told me that I didn't like to leave here. It was amazing. I used to come here often before, but I won't come back this time! ! It's crazy

I got a certificate for Christmas that I finally used and it seemed like it was a bit too hard but I did not think anything of it. $65 later and my entire back was bruised when I got home. It is so painful I could barely sleep. I want my money back.

I hate write bad reviews but there a major rip off. I got the 30$ massage gave ma no receipt when I got home checked my acount they charged me 49 and I gave a 10 $ tip. You can’t call and complain because there English is terrible. They’ll rip you off

Its difficult to relax when the staff is speaking loudly in their native language and laughing. They try to upsell you from the beginning and ask multiple times. I watched the older female use a towel on a girl for a full body massage and then fold it back up & put it down on top of 3 other folded towels. There was a hair on the sheet. Not very clean place.

Been customer for more that 10 years at least. I will no longer be usingthere service due to increase in prices, lower quality of comfort ofmassage and the begging of more tip money. Yesterday they wanted tokeep my change of 10 dollars and didn't want to give it back. Use to be much better but looks like some new people.
