Very poor customer service from sales man name Luke and his sales manager.
I asked them i like to test drive 1 of there new vehicle which is showcase in showroom. First Luke agreed on to show him even when I told him I’m just there for service of my last year purchase I made at there dealership. He also took all my details with insurance company info and he told me is going to get key. After few min he refused and told me his manager is not willing to have me test drive since I’m not in market at moment to buy. Is this a right way to treat your customer who has purchased car from you last year and who was there for same car for service. They just lost my business for now on. Even I’m true believe of Honda company and his product. I purchased my first Honda civic in back 1993, then Honda accord in 1997, then 2006, 2015 & now 2023. But this dealership arrogant manager and sales person lost my business for there doors

This was my favorite service department I’ve ever had for any vehicle. Always provided fantastic service on the car, customer service was top notch, and they never tried to sell you a service that wasn’t needed on your vehicle. Sadly moved away but always rave about them to any family and friends still in the Cleveland area.

I worked with Devan and Bob (his manager) on the purchase of a 2025 Odessey. I could not have had a better experience if I wrote the script myself. Both were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. I left with no questions whatsoever.

Well at first I would've gave stars. Customer service seemed great and the guy I worked with showed great patience. Now I'm believing it was all to sell a car especially on the finance end. My credit is excellent so the monthly payment doesn't line up. This was created manually because the system was down but they did look at my credit so the numbers I feel weren't accurate at all. Not too mention I received a text today from the manager asking me to unfreeze my credit file because they are unable to get my car registered and get plates. This was supposed to be done! I was told in a couple days I will receive a call to come pick up my plates. Mind you the purchase was Aug 21st. I'm not too happy about things now. I definitely wouldn't do it over or go back for business because this was very unorganized and not completed professionally. I'm just so outdone I will wait til tomorrow to call when I've had the chance to calm down.

A few months ago, the search for a new family car began. We hounded the Cleveland area (we live on the eastside and the dealership where the car was purchased is on the westside of CLE) to find a match. We were looking for a balance of a fair purchase price for a reliable car matched with a sale person who would listen to our particular needs. Ethan, at Ganley Honda was the perfect match. He was able to work within our budget and made a purchase possible.
