Best firewood around, a variety of hardwoods, no scrap wood, dimensions spot on and wood is properly seasoned. I have my firewood delivered and the young man was very polite and helpful.

Called to ask if they would sharpen my grooming blades and shears, the lady who answered picked up and hung up on me THREE TIMES without a word, the fourth time I called she finally answered me and was SO RUDE to me like I was being an inconvenience for calling. If they don’t want my business that’s totally fine with me I will take my money else where.

This review is regarding the flower/garden area. There is an old unhappy lady who is So Rude!! While checking out she was writing down the prices. My mother told her she had a couple flowers on the bottom of the cart just to make sure she got it and we werent ripping them off. Well she yells at my mother to ,”Quit your Yapping”. Excuse me?!?! She was being generous and making sure we paid for everything and you have enough nerve to yell at her and be so rude . Don’t go here they do not deserve your money!!!!

I don't give bad reviews because you never know what somebody is going through that day. But I call on a Friday to ask if my Ryobi tools can be fixed they said yes they will look at them and they can repair them. That's perfect I've been looking for somebody for 6 months are you open Saturday. Yes they reply so I make my way down on Saturday. Walking through the doors to a lady on the phone at the desk that doesn't even greet me with an angry voice says I'll have to call you back someone came in. That someone was me also with about 15 Ryobi tools that needed fixed. She proceeds to tell me that they can look at them but usually can't fix them. Then asks are you going to leave them so we can look at them. No because you have no confidence in yourself to fix them

This place is listed through DeWalt to do certified repairs and warranty work. My wife called them on Wednesday or Thursday to confirm this before we drove to North Canton. A woman answered the phone and handed the call off to a gentleman, I'm assuming he is the one doing the repairs. He confirmed they were certified to repair DeWalt equipment and specifically told my wife if it is warranty work to make sure you bring your receipt. We proceeded to drive to North Canton Saturday morning and was turned away by the not very friendly woman at the counter when we walked in. She started giving me a number to call DeWalt and start a process through them. I told her I had already contacted them through email and was told to take it to one of their certified partners. Once again, she started giving me the number for DeWalt and tells me the last time she did warranty work for DeWalt, it took 3 years for her to get paid. I don't have a problem with them not wanting to take in warranty work. Just pissed me off to spend $20 on gas to make the round trip for nothing after calling first!

Customer service is awful. They don't return phone calls. The woman behind the counter is very argumentative. This place just helped AgPro sell a Stihl chainsaw.

Prices were reasonable and it had a nice set up but I must say that the customer service was disheartening. I don’t know who the gentleman and woman were but nonetheless they were incredibly off putting. No welcome, no how may I help you and upon check out it was silence with some attitude with everything said. This is a huge thing that determines if I’ll be back or not and this is a definite not.
