Not understanding how they sold my boyfriend a $110 Playstation gift card, gave him the wrong one and won't give him a new one or refund him his money. He took a couple up front and had the lady put back the 2 because it would have been $310, he didn't realize that and only needed the 1 for $110. Then the lady working gave him back the wrong gift card that doesn't even work. That's stealing someone's money, did she keep the working Playstation card? Something needs to be done about this I'm pissed and it wasn't even my money. This is a horrible company how does something like this even happen

Was prepared to pay a good sum of money because all my nephews want are gaming systems and gift cards but because of the rudeness of your associate I’ll never in my life return! Customer service will always be important.

After years and years of shopping here, I can say I will never set foot in here again. While Doug was the only friendly employee I encountered here, the man working yesterday gave me a terrible impression of GameStop. As soon as I stepped in the door I heard him yelling at other customers, and when it was my turn he addressed me very rudely the entire time trying to make smart comments towards me and he made it very clear that he did not want to be there. There is absolutely no reason I should be berated for asking questions about merchandise, or trade ins, or any other type of promotion. Save your time and money and just buy your games digitally or elsewhere. Will never be back.

Purchased a new game here. They sold me an open video game for full price. I didn’t realize it until I tried returning it and they would not accept the return. I paid $10 more than on Amazon and thru Walmart. Don’t bother going here.

It'd be nicer if the store was more kept up with. Seeing candy wrappers, cigarette butts, drinks, or whatever on shelves and/or floors sure was nasty.The staff at the registers were very nice and helpful.
