There I was when I pulled up to the shell with an empty parking lot. I parked close to the ice machine across 2 parking spaces in the empty lot. That’s when the wicked witch of the shell came riding her broom vertically to tell me I’m parked across 2 spots. I explained I’m just getting ice and I’m handicapped so I parked close. She asked me if I thought that was funny and I explained no I really am. That’s why I walk with a limp as I am no gangster. She proceeded to act like a total “C” word but still opened the ice chest for me. 2 stars because she astonishingly fit the whole broom up there

2/5/2022 @ 4:10pm Pump #1 I gave the lady $20 for gas, $10 on pump #1. I asked if I can cash out my lottery scratchers, she said as long as they're Ohio lottery scratchers, which they were. She told me I won $26 so I thought I would get $36 back- $10 from my change. She only gave me $26 and so I asked if she put $10 or $20 on pump #1. She then told me I gave her $20 and that she put $10 and gave me a $10 back but she DID NOT give me a $10 back as I only had the $26 she gave me. She kept arguing with me and giving me so much attitude saying that she did give me $10 back as if I was trying to rip her off. If anything, you ripped me off and stole my money. I ended up showing her my wallet to show that I do NOT have a $10 bill in there. PLEASE ROLL THE CAMERAS BACK. Lady, what? The $10 isn't even worth it but to outright lie and say that you gave me a $10 bill when I have shown there is NO $10 bill in my wallet... so are you a magician or what is it? Seem like you need the money more than I do. My charity work is done, you are welcome. Use that $10 bill well.

Don't pay at the drive through window with your debit card. You can't see how many times they swipe your card because it's out of view from the window. I bought one pack of smokes, receipt showed one. A separate transaction was put through for a second pack. Guess I paid for an employees smokes too. They've totally lost my business. I won't ever buy anything there again.

Your google maps location states regular gas is $2.66. It is actually $2.79. Wonder how many drive to this station to get gas and find out the advertised price is off? Good business practice? I guess it al depends on who you ask.

Horrible horrible experience whoever the girl is who's working right now November 4th 2017 the time is 9:57 pm and the November rain fireworks just have ended so u should of expected to be busy.. any who all's I wanted to do is use my fuel rewards and bc I put in a wrong phone number this girl is slamming her hands down on the register slamming buttons saying I'll have to void everything I said ok sorry just being real rude rolling her eyes all's im trying to say is she needs a new job n I don't think this one is right for her I work with the public all day long myself and never would I girls just don't have any Class
