Highly recommend James Funeral Home. We had funerals for both of our parents here, and the attention to detail, kindness and caring they displayed made us feel like we were their only client. We used the chapel both times to hold the calling hours and services as well.Our parents pre-planned their Funeral with James by purchasing a policy and this helped us as the children make sure we honored our parent's service wishes.Ryan and the staff went out of their way to help us navigate our sad experience by supporting our needs.

James Funeral Home handled my father’s Funeral. They did a wonderful job very and caring very thorough. Everything went beautifully and smoothly thanks to them. They even helped us with all the paperwork and things that are involved in dealing with a loved one’s loss.

Beautiful funeral home but the director was curt and rude. We wanted to do my mother in laws hair and make up and he said he was the one who does that. We insisted and set up a time to come to the funeral home with family to help. We had a miscommunication and ended up being a little late and when we arrived he said “you have 20 minutes and I have to leave.” He constantly acted like our requests were totally inconvenient for him and he was standing around waiting for us to basically clear out after the calling hours as we rushed to gather up pictures and memorabilia. Years ago my husband used James for his fathers passing and the original director was very warm, caring, professional and patient. Not the case with his son who clearly isnt a good candidate to take over the “family business.”
