Had sway links replaced by Dave earlier this year. Several months later, Heard noise on front end. Told by 2 other mechanics (one being Tire Choice) that I have one new link and the other is original OEM from when the car was made. They showed me the old one and the new one. Called Dave to tell him. He said it has nothing to do with him. I asked if he could at least check it. He said yes. Everytime I tried to schedule or drop the car off(early morning), he stated he was busy, sick, or had too many cars for the day. Several weeks later, he was able to look at it. While talking in the waiting room with Dave, his son Justin comes in with a nasty attitude and asks am I leaving my car bc he's trying to eat lunch. We are in the WAITING Area! We go back and forth. I turn to Dave who only repeated what his son said.? Justin then says, "Didn't you say you weren't working on that car anymore?" Dave says nothing! I've been going there for years and always dealt with Dave. No issues until I told them about the old part they left on my car.... YOU DO THE MATH!! According to Dave, Justin is the new owner of the shop now. These mechanics are trash! Also had a Coolant leak fixed that's leaking again. Not even 6 months later! You've been warned!! The photo is the old and new sway bars just for proof. They changed the name online but still says Flash on building. Don't be fooled.

I recently went here to get all new tires and the service was fast the whole process was super easy and that young man who runs the shop was wonderful. Family owned and very informative. Thanks for the GREAT service! I will be back to get my brakes done! Highly recommend ?

Live in the neighborhood.Go to them because of location and service.20 years.Had a flat. Went to get it fixed. I wanted to discuss work I needed to get before winter hit. Showed up. Young man told me all bays were full and he didn't feel like "messing with my tire in the cold."Got up and left.Went to Tiremen.Don't shop here. Their mechanics are afraid of the cold.Nice to see a business can refuse service to a 20 year customer.Good job guys!

Absolutely terrible experience. I tried a new mechanic instead of going to my guy and NEVER AGAIN! I paid $2800 cash to them for a bunch of work. The day after i pick it up, it starts shaking and smoking. They had fixed the front end and brakes? I pull over and have to get a tow FROM WADSWORTH and couldn’t finish my job. So Justin and employee refers a tow guy. I go to pick the truck up today and they gouge me for another $177. for parts. BRAKE PARTS! I thought the brakes were fixed. Then i get to my truck and my bed cover, which is automatic and very expensive. Completely ruined! This is just my experience, but the lack of accountability and almost cold attitude towards me is the biggest issue. Take my word. Do not bring your vehicle here, it will never be the same. PIC BELOW
