You have 2 choices: visit this store or punch yourself in the face. The punch yourself in the face option will leave you less annoyed and less frustrated. I ordered online and pick up in store. Just needed a phone handed to me. Phone was never available and my order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the phone….. That was never there. Did they fix it? No no no just recommended I order online and have a nice Christmas. Kids working here seemed nice enough but go to an actual Verizon store and save the frustration. Or you know punch your self in the face.Update: went to actual Verizon store and had issue resolved and new phone in hand in less than 20 minutes. Save your sanity and go to the real deal and leave this knock off store In the dust.

Travis, the sales rep that assisted my wife and I, was very outgoing and helpful. He helped us with the addition of a new line of service as well as making adjustments to allow for a much more affordable bill. He also went through the process of offering us the new Verizon home internet box. Which in doing so, is going to allow us to cut our internet bill in half. Best service I have had at any store in a very long time.

Newark Verizon… I congratulate you for finding such an outstanding associate for your company location. The customer service was hands down world class. As a first time buyer this experience was delightful, and I couldn’t have asked for more. Genuinely. All of the questions I asked were answered fully, and I was highly impressed as well as satisfied with all the information I was given. I was truly shocked come to find out that this individual wasn’t even a manager of the building.. working with two clients at once and efficiently working through all of our questions, while running the whole store by herself… Autumn Thompson I thank you for making this process easy for me. You rock!!

Worked with Mike at the Verizon store on N. 21st St. in Newark today. He helped us with several things involved with our family plan. He was super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. His employer is lucky to have him. Highest possible recommendation.

I wish there was a zero star option. This is BY FAR THE WORST VERIZON STORE I'VE BEEN TO. Stood inside for literally 50 minutes with out even being acknowledged! Not even a "welcome, we'll be with you shortly". Left, came back and stood there for another 20 minutes with out even being acknowledged. I saw 4 other customers stand there and leave. What a joke!!

I visited this location for the first time recently to replace my phone because the screen shattered. I explained that I needed a replacement phone right away. Mike, the representative had my new phone programmed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location for Verizon customers.

I recently purchased two iPhone 14s from the store for a total cost of over $1600. I inadvertently left one charging cord at the store. The cost of that cord was over $30 from the store. (Only 7.99 on Amazon, btw). It took over five calls to reach the store. Once I finally reached someone at the store, he told me he was not allowed to mail anything from the store. I asked if he could simply take the cord home with him and drop it in an envelope to me and he said that he couldn't mail anything because he lived in an apartment. I've spent a lot of money with Verizon over the years and this is an incredibly poor level of service.

I did have to wait a while to work with the salesperson/tech working, but she (Amanda, I think) was very helpful and friendly. My experience was very good and I am happy with the service I received and with my new phone.

Autumn helped us and even followed up later. Although the office is understaffed, I felt highly valued even though what I was needing help with something that is *not* super valuable to them as a store and is a pain in the butt. We were shown thorough service with kindness. I did feel bad for the people who were turned away or chose to wait while Autumn worked hard on our needs. I will be visiting this store again. The out-of-the box mindset they had to continue to pursue our phone/internet issues were invaluable to me and saved me money monthly with better product and internet.
