This is a review for T Mobile "service", not this particular store. OMG!! I wanted to reduce my wireless costs. I decided to try T Mobile. What a HUGE mistake! Once my SIM cards arrived I excitedly called T Mobile. I was anxious to sign up. Well that's when it started to go downhill. The company assigned me a new number because someone "forgot" to port my phone number over. THEN I was informed the network was experiencing an outage in my area so my phone wouldn't work until the system was back up. Of course I said to just forget it. The next day I called T Mobile and told them I wasn't going to need their service. I sent the SIM cards back via UPS. TODAY (2 months later) I received a bill for $180 for service I never had! I called customer service, was on hold close to an hour, then was told they couldn't help me because I have no phone number with them and no PIN#!! Now I have to waste time going to their retail store to get a PIN so they can cancel the account I never had! UPDATE: So, I went to the T Mobile box store. The man there, Michael, said he could not generate a PIN for me. He said customer service was being lazy and I needed to call them and demand to speak with a supervisor. I went home, made the call, pressing "1" in order for T Mobile to call me back when a customer service rep. was available. It took an hour. Here's the thing, when the automated system called me it told me to press 1. I did that. Easy right??? WRONG! The machine said it didn't recognize my response and hung up on me! I called again and was on hold for another hour. I demanded to speak with a supervisor. Same result as last night. They were "so sorry" but couldn't help me, but said "thank you for your patience"! I was so sick of their scripted platitudes I wanted to scream. It's frustrating, confusing, irritating and just plain wrong that they gather information from you when you initially decide to try their service (SS#, D.O.B., address...) and yet they refuse to allow you to use it in order to prove your identity. If they won't allow you to use personal info when disputing charges why do they use it when you sign up?? I'll tell you why. If they made it as difficult to sign up for service as they do to resolve issues, they would be out of business! I ended up at another T Mobile store. The employee there, Jason (I'm in love with him), called the Fraud line. After speaking with them for about 30 minutes they HUNG UP ON HIM! He was frustrated but remained professional. He called them back, started from scratch and after another hour he got results. T Mobile customer service was still trying to get me to stay with their service (which I've never had). I told them even if they offered me free phone service for the rest of my life, the answer is still no! Finally, my balance is now zero. But I will update this review if I get a bill next month! At that point I will report them to the Better Business Bureau!!

I’m a recently-acquired Sprint customer and had an issue with my phone. The two guys working took me a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, were extremely helpful, and overall pleasant to talk with. My issue was resolved and I was very happy with my time!

So if you want to be enticed into a service that upholds NONE OF THEIR PROMISES Sprint is for you. I was billed on 12/9 and I scheduled a payment for 12/20 to pay that bill in full (no previous balance). They refused to take the payment without a deposit...what? (But they charge me $7.49 a month for a credit line) the not only was the rep rude but told me that without any further explanation transferred and hung up on me. Verizon charged me 88.92 a month for AMAZING unlimited service and I fell for Sprints bull staring my bill would be soooo much cheaper at $62. Well I pay $119 with Sprint and the only reliable calls are the ones I use off of my wifi.

The guys at the store are awesome! They helped my whole family switch from Verizon and we are saving soooo much money and the service is great! Couldn't be happier with our choice to come to this store!

Paid my bill in cash, upgraded my phone and had my receipt emailed. Two weeks later our phones get shut off. Called sprint customer service and they stated our bill wasn't paid. Went into the store and sales rep never apologized for any inconvenience and they still didn't fix our account. We have to come back AGAIN tomorrow to speak to a manager because the manager doesn't work today. So frustrated!

they would not refund me my money after i returned my phones. now i have to contact the attorney general because i keep getting the run around from these people.. they say that they just sell the phones.... but not refund you when you decide to take the phones back. STAY FAR AWAY from this place. workers are nice (but so are car dealers), but trey ripped me off for 689 dollars. go to the heath store/s instead.
