Unfortunately it doesnt work for me. I feel the hard plastic plate that I believe is placed there to hold the straps steady. It hurts my toes. Perhaps because I am using the toe straightener pad to anchor down the big toe and the one next to it which is a hammer toe. The toe straightner may have been constructed just for the middle toes.

The hallux trainer dress insoles fits very well into my shoes. An older pair I had owned for a while, the toe support broke and no longer provided the support I needed so I replaced it.

So happy to find a Pedifix arch support in a small size. The small fits perfect. I also purchased the one that has a metatarsal support in it. It fixes well but the sewing started coming loose on it. Kind of expensive to do that so soon. Overall, happy with company, products and shipping.
