This place is great for kids. Way more past the kicking and punching your kiddo will benefit so much from their programs. 3-4 year old class is great prep/support for kindergarten! Their school teachers will thanks you!

Hello, we are a high spirited family martial arts school with a focus on character development & self defense training.
We start teaching kids early as age 3-4 & have a variety of programs for the whole family.
Including classes for ages 5-7, 8-12 & teen/ adults.
We currently offer FREE training for parents who have their children enrolled in our programs.
We teach several programs including. Fitness Kickboxing,
Brazilian Jiu jitsu,
Karate,
MMA, and Krav Maga which is a total (self defense system), and
Beginner kids tumbling class
