I do a lot of deposits for work so I have been to quite a few branches of Huntington. This is by far the best branch. They are amazing at their jobs and do it with a smile the whole time even when customers are being irrational. 10 stars.

I own my own business. I do a very decent amount of net sales every week. Most of it is through credit card charges, but I get some limited cash income as well. I opened this Huntington account to deposit my weekly cash sales. After having been there, I definitely will not have my card sales deposited here. It seemed like the teller at the very end, kept trying to get my boyfriends attention and kept staring at him. He was clearly not in line and standing right next to me. I thought I must have been seeing things, but as soon as we left, my boyfriend confirmed the same thing. That is a pretty pathetic thing to do at your workplace. She must not like her job very much. Very frustrating, that I can no longer feel comfortable going in my own bank, if my boyfriend is with me. I cannot imagine what would possess a person to behave in such a blatantly immoral fashion, at work. Get a life sure, but not by trying to steal someone else's. Seriously. If you are female or male and ever plan on going with your wife or girlfriend, avoid an awkard situation before it happens. I will probably just drive to another location from now on, no matter what.

I usually never go into a bank just from past experiences with rude tellers. Today however was not that experience. I visited Huntington today for a simple transaction and brought my son in with me. Kaitlyn was phenomenal. Extremely personable and even dealt with my son's humor with perfection. Keep up the great work!

I went in today to make changes to my account. Aubrey was the one who assisted me. She was both courteous and professional and able to complete all my changes . Thank you so much Aubrey !!

By far, the absolute worst customer service of any Huntington Branch I’ve ever been to. It has consistently slow, long lines, and drive thru tellers refuse to provide the basic service provided at other local branches. Unfortunately, it is the branch with the latest hours.

In order for this review to make sense, I must go back about 3 weeks prior to my experience that is giving them 2 stars. Three weeks ago I had a document that needed a witness for my signature. Not a notary, just a witness. I was at the Huntington in Heath and the banker there signed it no problem. However, it turns out that the form was an old version still on the government organization's website and they send an email requesting an application on the new form. I figured, no problem, I'll shoot up to the branch in Newark on my way to Kroger, do a transaction with the teller. I believe her name is Kelly and she is awesome and I gave an extra star because of her. While there I figured I could get the document witnessed again. I called in advance to make sure I didn't need an appointment but Kelly answered the phone and said anyone at the line could do it.While waiting in a very long line for which I have no problem because sometimes banks are busy, I noticed a person sitting at a desk alone. I asked if she could help me while I was waiting for the teller. She came over and I explained what I needed. She didn't introduce herself or seem very happy to be disturbed. I now think I must have interrupted her web browsing. She looked at the page that needed a signature, then asked for the rest of the document. Now, it is irrelevant what the document was, she just needed to verify that I am the person signing it. After looking at it for a while she first said that I would need a financial advisor. I explained to her that this was just a government document and ALL she is doing is witnessing my signature and nothing else. Now, it's at this point I think I fell down the Rabbit hole with Alice and Alice's elevator does not go all the way up. She says, "I'm not comfortable signing this because this section is not filled out." Now, the section she was referencing is the section that has a place for my name and signature as well as the name, signature, and organization of the person witnessing my signature. So, since I had not prefilled out that portion, she refused to witness my signature.I managed a bank for three years, have over 30 years of leadership experience, and have worked in customer service. I have a high expectation for customer service and even if I had a low expectation, Morgan would have failed to meet it. On the way out I asked if she was the Bank Manager and fortunately she is not because that would be tragic. We are planning on opening an account for my daughter and was given a bankers card two weeks ago when we were there. I came home, looked and it was hers. It quickly went in the trash. If you choose to bank with Huntington and need a banker, do yourself a favor and go to the Heath branch. We have been members since I got stationed her in 2009 but am rethinking who my family uses as a primary bank in this area. If we stay with Huntington, we will not be visiting the Newark branch anymore and certainly nothing that helps Morgan meet the goals set for her.

I called at 4:50pm and someone answered, they close at 5pm (I hated doing this, but was worried) I explained my unusual stuff that was occurring on my online banking and the lady said, “that’s above my pay grade, I will transfer you to someone who can help.” From 4:51pm I was on hold and continued to be on hold for over 17 minutes and nobody answered. Probably time to leave this bank and go with someone who values their customers.

Not a fan of Huntington in general, but this branch is particularly agitating. They don't recognize or emulate any sense of urgency that their customers have in needing to get in and out quickly, and they also pride themselves on closing their doors on time every day. God forbid that someone could let a customer in at 4:31 p.m.

Love Huntington, but this is the slowest bank in town. Even when there is just two cars ahead of me, I’m still waiting at least twenty minutes to get thru
