Pharmacy is horrible! I would just close the place, I mean... what good are you really doing the community? Customer Service Sucks

I was supposed to have gotten the medication on Tuesday and I still haven't gotten it. They're getting very slow at the West main Street cvs, and once with an hour and a half break for lunch

CVS W. Main is always understaffed and they never answer the phone. Today they were suppose to be open until 5 but closed at 3. Poor. poor service.

I've been coming to this CVS for many years. It's sad to see it go down hill the way it has. First off, I have to say that apparently, they're able to afford to pay employees because there are always employees standing around the front when I come in. Prescriptions take days to get now, and coming in or having to call is awful! I spend hundreds of dollars in this store every week. After working a 10 hour shift, I sent my teenage daughter in for a couple things with our bank card on her own, and one of your employees (elderly woman) followed her around the entire time. I'm going to assume it's because she has piercings. She attempted to call me to ask if she could buy something in addition to what she came in for and I didn't answer because I forgot my phone at home, so my daughter was there a little longer. I really don't appreciate this. So, my daughter asked if she could leave the items on the counter while she came outside to ask me, came back in and purchased the items and left. I have also had issues with employees following me around. I am someone who struggles with anxiety and this makes things extremely hard for me. I understand you have to watch for thieves. But to stick to people like glue like this? Come on. Your prices are ridiculous, there are no hand baskets, it smells of mold damage, the dumpsters are in a dangerous place with no signage, your (younger) employees stand around talking about inappropriate things and apparently, the employees have little to nothing to do anymore since they don't have to ring folks out now. Why not go learn how to help the pharmacy?? The next time someone profiles myself or one of my kids, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Today was the last straw.

I called in a prescription and was told it would be ready between 4pm and 4:30pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and were informed that it had not yet been started and it would be at least another hour. We left and returned at 6:45pm. There was one car in front of us and the young man at the counter moved so slowly we were literally able to count back the change being given to the customer; one coin at a time. When this display was complete it was 7pm, ironically the exact time the pharmacy closed. As we pulled up to the window (7pm on the dot) the clerk put up the closed sign and pulled the window shut although he had clearly seen our vehicle and one other waiting throughout his slow motion display of exemplary customer service. This is not our first experience like this at this particular pharmacy. Thankfully it does seem to be the only CVS in the area completely devoid of customer service (and possibly intelligent life). I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you enjoy a spike in adrenaline and sudden rise in blood pressure.

I am sick and still have to work. CVS decided to pinch pennies and change store hours 9am to 7am, making medication farther out of reach for me and everybody. It's all about the bottom line with this company and customers are second. Do not shop here.

Worst pharmacy ever manager should be fired an start all over... You have to wait hours or days for medicine when your sick. Pharmacist (the women) is rude the lady in blue in the back that helps them is also rude never in a hurry just there for a check. Waiting on the phone over an hr just to see if my medicine is ready because the app has no record of me having a script but just left UC... going back to target pharmacy

First, you need to fix your automated phone system. Second, you need to fix your website. And lastly, you need to stock more Caramello candy bars.

This used to be a very good pharmacy with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. But in the last two years or so things have deteriorated. The location is chronically understaffed and service is abysmal. Pharmacists who previously were happy to share their knowledge, answer questions, or make a call to a medical (or veterinary) provider are now brusque to the point of rudeness. Lines are long; the person working the counter also covers the drive through, and two or three phone lines seem to ring incessantly with no noticeable response. When the time comes for the pharmacy to close for lunch, the window comes down abruptly and people who are waiting in line are out of luck. Corporate officials have clearly made the decision to cut expenses without regard to customer satisfaction or employee wellbeing. (Indeed, employees make no secret of their dissatisfaction with poor working conditions, which only adds to the general dysfunction of the facility.) I've continued to use CVS because the West Main Street location is near my home and also convenient to the local hospital and my physician's office. Also, I'm a bit lazy and I assumed changing would be a hassle. But today I knew it was time to make a change. A drug I've taken for several years (Quinapril) was up for refill and Id tried unsuccessfully for several days to do it online. So, I decided to stop in to check the status. Instead of getting an explanation or advice, I wound up in a loud and sharp conversation with the technician and the pharmacist across a filled lobby. No information or real answers, just confirmation that they didn't have the medication and had no information as to when or if they would ever have it again, along with a throwaway comment that I should try a "non-CVS" pharmacy. That was all I needed. I went to the Walgreens location in nearby Heath, and had an informative conversation with the tech and the pharmacist on duty. I learned why Quinapril is becoming hard to come by and also that there are several reliable and readily available alternatives. After a quick call to my doctor on Monday we'll have everything squared away and I'll be able to pick up my prescription at Walgreens on Monday afternoon.

Worst pharmacy in town! Half the time they aren’t even open, the wait time to get a prescription filled is ridiculous, and they like to hold prescriptions hostage if you try to ask them to transfer them elsewhere! Never have these issues at walgreens either, it’s always cvs that can’t seem to function properly or take care of their customers! Thanks for making my daughter miss a round of her antibiotics! Really appreciate having to watch my child suffer and worry that she’s going to have to go back to the hospital bc she can’t get the medicine still at NOON TODAY WHEN IT WAS PRESCRIBED YESTERDAY!!!!

Going to this CVS is like competing in the Patience Olympics.I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. No one helped me and it was during their business hours (5:30pm). I rang the bell several times, waved through the window and even tried to call the pharmacy to let them know I was at the drive thru, in case they didn’t see me.complete radio silence. I couldn’t even reach them on the phone.I finally parked my car and went inside, to find only 3 people working in the pharmacy. It took an entire hour just to pick up my refill. my refill that had already been filled, and ready for pick up. an entire hour. make it make sense, CVS.

Waited over an hour for the pharmacy to even answer the phone. Why would anyone waste their time?Atleast place me on hold and let me know you are working towards solving my medication needs.

Honestly every single time I have to come to this place or call there's either an issue or it takes for. ever. If you can't handle so many patients, why accept so many?? And if it's not that, then hire help. I'm not one to rant on about trivial stuff like this but after coming here for over a year and a half I've just had enough. Like it's about time you make it better for the customer/patient that needs their prescriptions and what nots.. Only reason I gave 3 starts is because I've encountered 2 staff members that were great on like 3 separate occasions.

Update I don't even want to give 1 star. CVS cannot make sure prescriptions are filled when they are supposed to I have missed two days worth of doses because of CVS. I am forced to use CVS and I don't understand why you're a 2.9 rating out of 5. CVS is something else. Never answers the phone and you a script is done, believe it'll be ready in 30 min, it's a lie. I have waited 4 hrs for a 30 min a script. CVS used to be good, now it's going down hill quick. Not good at all. Update. Second mth in a row that I have to wait until a wk till they get the prescription in to get it filled. I don't understand why it takes a wk for them to get meds in when the guy told me it'll be her tomorrow smh.
