They did a good job fixing my vehicle. However there wasn't much communication coming from the service department about where they were with my vehicle. I had to call multiple times in a row to actually get someone on the line. They had my vehicle for 6 weeks and I had no transportation during this time.

The service seems very thorough!My 12-V battery on my EV Volt went dead, and required a jump. Coughlin had my car for three hours, discharging the battery, and recharging it full. It shows "good" at 660CCA. No codes were found, and no reason for a battery drain. The battery is less than 2 years old, and no fee was collected.
