I was not made important at allI stood in here for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. While two people argued in the back about non work appropriate matters while customers waited and drive thru piled up.Only for someone to tell me it would be a few minutes for someone to take the order.I walked out as did 3 or 4 othersI've never felt like I was a fly on the wall until here.

Horrible place! They take the Fast out of Fast food! The amount of business they lose daily is very surprising they are even open still!

Drive thru is almost never working….like ever. They can never seem to find my pickup order when placed online. 3 times now. Over all slow service.

Slowest drive thru in the world. Obviously people they hired can’t multitask. Made everyone at the drive thru speaker wait until they cleared the window of cars. Close this

We were the only car in the line and waited 15 minutes for them to even take our money w 4 people working but being told there was actually only 3 people working and the GM was not even supposed to be there and was the 4th person but in there on her day off asked to speak to a manager the shift manager came and only wanted to give excuses on what took so long then the general manager came and just said sorry when I said this was unacceptable to wait for your money to even be taken. I think she should have offered some sort of discount even a 2% or something and when I stated this, she said one moment and sent the shift supervisor back to say no discount can be given. So I cancelled my order and went down to Rally's right down the street for only 1.00 more and faster service the experience at burger king from point of order to pulling off took about 15 - 20 minutes as the only car Rallys took from point of order w 2 cars in front of me 2 employees at the time 10 minutes and 1.00 more then my original. There are too many options to have to spend 20 minutes in a fast food restaurant to even take your money as the only car in the drive.

Burger King has the worst customer service that I have ever delt with and the time u have to wait is beyond ridiculous even if your the only car in line.. made a mistake of thinking on giving Burger King another shot so stopped at the heath location the other night. I was the only car and was told to take a minute to look at menu, 3 minutes later they took my order which was only 8 cheeseburger. She told me that I would have to wait at the first window and wait for her to wave me up when the order was finished because that's a big order.. waited at 2nd window for like 4 minutes then I just drove off. Both locations have always been this bad and I don't know why I always try to give them another chance . Do better Burger King owners really need to step in and turn this place around.

Nice quiet restaurant. Clean and well maintained. Service was good.Food was not bad. The chicken are always overcooked, probably old oil.The inside was nice and modern. Open concept. But it was inside. Heat was not running, at least not in the lounging area. So cold!

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through sitting at the speaker and no one ever took my order. I asked “hello is anyone there?” And was told “we’ll be right with you” but no one ever took my order.

Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for a chicken sandwich, an order of nuggets, fries, and a burger. 20 minutes... No one in front of or behind me. They were complaining about their drive thru time and asked me to pull forward, after I heard one of them say "she's been here for 12 minutes." I pulled up to the door and it was still another 5 minutes from there. The person taking orders decided it was appropriate to give me a BK education session on what comes on a Whopper when I never asked, then they didn't even make it right, had no ketchup on it. Fries were cold, chicken was cold, no ketchup in the bag that I asked for and was even on the receipt. The only thing that was correct after 20 minutes of waiting was the nuggets. Congratulations on being able to count to 8.

I have already contacted corporates page. I ordered thru the drive thru at 9 pm 7-25-23. 2 meals and an extra onion ring. I got to the window and paid. Was asked to pull forward to the door for them to bring it out. I waited over half an hour. They were not busy at all. I finally got tired and flagged the guy mopping the floors. He went to get someone...another 15 mins and they brought me out food that was ice cold where it had been sitting (appeared they had forgotten me). I asked the boy who handed it to me to feel the fries and I put them in his hand and told him I have been waiting out here over half and our for these? He took the bag inside...then I waited another half hour and a girl came out and said they are making your hot fries and I simply asked her if they had remade my food cause I had been there over an hour. I asked her who their GM was and she said Tim Anderson. She said she was going to remake my 2 combos. Ok so I think I am getting somewhere cause she was nice and seemed to Care....another 1/2 hour nothing. So since they were not busy I back ip to the window and nicely ask for my money back. It had been way over an hour..same rude boy said my manager said I don't have to deal with you anymore. I said I want my money back period. He said pull forward and someone will bring it out. Noone ever did. I was there waiting until 10:45 and the only reason I got my money back was I went back thru the drive thru and was holding people up behind me. I was a GM myself and I would want to know if this scam was happening in my store. This Is a scam to take peoples money and apparently they manager knows what's happening and does nothing. I really think an investigation needs to be done on these scammers . Never in my life have I seen anything like it. I am old so they thought I would be afraid and leave.....

Came at 9:50, left at 10:30, don't come here unless you're patient. Ordered 5 burgers and was immediately told to park in a spot after paying (I'm assuming to help their drive thru time). I didn't even get a receipt and paid with a card!
