We went in to order strawberries and cream hydes, when we got home we noticed it said strawberry ice cream. We tried it anyway and it was the most disgusting vape we've ever tried. We went back to the shop and asked if they could exchange it or give us our money back because it was not what we asked for at all. The little red haired girl with blue tips said "oh well, guess you wasted your money." Now were out $80 dollars because she gave us the wrong vape and wouldn't exchange it. They said hyde changed their strawberries and cream to this new one, but no one mentioned that when we ordered it, and it doesnt taste the same. I think good business would be to at least tell the customer when their item is completely different from what they have gotten before, and if they cant let us know it's different, then at least give us our money back when we buy something we arent expecting to buy.

I asked for a red vuse n a 4 pack of pods, guy gave me a 2 pack n the vuse and charged me $29!! for the past several months i’ve always paid $20 just for a 4 pack. looks like i will be spending more n getting less

Really I should sue this place. I filed a police report but haven't went any farther. So my friend who happens to be disabled drove me through the drive thru where I purchased my usual items (so I know what the total should be) the last few times before I noticed he was charging to much and tried saying something and he just talked fast and hurried me along. This last time I was not going to accept that because regardless if it's a penny or a dollar it is my hard earned money and I deserve to know where it's going so I asked for a receipt (which I still have). He was not happy but went and brought back a ridiculous receipt (not the prices at all) and when I called him out on it he demanded the receipt back and I wouldn't give it to him. It infuriated him he started screaming to give it back and threw the bag which had heavy items in it into the truck on my friends legs and said let's take it outside while another employee was holding him back he was yelling and saying bad things....so we left and went straight to police station. But like I said haven't done anything yet. Probably won't. Let go and let God.

Zero regard for the community with the noise level and traffic they generate. Makes a bad side of town even worse and the traffic is beyond unsafe. They sell to minors. They should have to pay to have the road modified to get the traffic off east main instead of the tax payers.
