As a local contractor, I got to say this is the best home improvement store in the area! I have read some of the reviews and people just need to pay attention and quit complaining about the small stuff. First if you don't want to walk all the way to the building materials desk to get your slip, order on the app and dodge going in all together. If you need paint and they are "AWAL" because for some reason corporate gives that department groceries and pet area. ( very poor decision) then if you just open your eyes, every desk has cards to call for the associates. Rant over. But glad they are starting to use app to map location of product better. Inventory is always good at this store. Massilon sucks at inventory and just sucks all around. New phila is way better. I dread going to the massilon store and will dodge it any chance I get. Staff is super friendly and yes there are flaws in some departments but what business doesn't have flaws. CORPORATE pay attention to how you are running your employees having them be half way across the store trying to stock items and leave their areas is ignorant. Why not have restock crews? Customers need the associates to be closer to their departments. Also please start carrying big bags of 5min easy sand drywall compound. As well as the light weight light green pails of premixed mud. I appreciate the service I get as a contractor and how caring for us. Love being able to get samples to help my job. Lowes doesn't treat contractors like this. The used to but they just suck in general. Glad to have menards. It's my home away from home. One final thing damn your manager who would let me but the rental scaffolding on rays list for cheaper. Hahaha I spend a crap ton of money there already. Keep up the great environment at this store.

They are the best place to go to for w ha t you need around the local area. You also get that 11% rebate on anything you buy which can be huge for homeowners who want to put money back into their homes. It’s clean, big place. I think we can all agree that the prices are a little expensive but you can also find good deals here on sale. Just have to use your common sense when buying. I like this place, huge parking lot.
Downfall as soon as you arrive is there are no stops signs and signals for anyone coming in or out of the entrance and they have a road on the left and right with flowing traffic as well right in front of you. They should complain to the city of new Phila over it. Someone is going to get hurt on their property. Take note Mayor Day.

Nice selection, like the fact that they have displays set up for products.

Do not buy appliances here at any Menards stores they are rip offs and steal your money they do not honor there warranty I will never shop here again our refrigerator isn’t even 2 years old and bought the five year extended warranty and they don’t honor it I called a repair person and was told there is no parts for our fridge and they get numerous calls about Menards ripping people off

We bought what we thought was a brand new car battery from Menards 3 days ago. Today we are at the doctors office and get stranded there because our battery is dead. We call roadside assistance and a jump and go to Auto Zone, just to be told that we have a used old battery. I'm pissed so I call Menards and tell them the situation and ask if we can bring it back for a new one. They let us know that this happens regularly and if we have a recite they will work with us but if not that's not there problem. I am beyond upset. How are they so comfortable screwing people over? They know the batteries they sell are used and old and still are okay with selling them. That is shameful.

Terrible quality products, I was insulted by staff, they damaged the bathtub before giving it to me then told me there's nothing they can do, refused to get me a manager, (this one isn't their fault) but even with the damaged product they can't give more than 30 dollars off of a 450 dollar damaged bathtub so that tells me their policy is also terrible. I'm going to boycott menards and suggest others do the same due to how bad of an experience this was.

Meh. No employees anywhere.
Needed paint and a distributed for a competitive brand came to mix my paint because the regular employee seemed AWAL!

This is the worst lumber yard around. No one helps load. And why would you stock 12 foot deck boards 10 feet high off the ground?? Makes no sense.

82 year old mother went there today (new philadelphia location) she was wanting to get a 50lb bag of dog food. However, she could get no assistance from Anyone. She proceeded to the check out to pay for her other items and told the clerk she wanted a 50lb bag of dog food but couldn't get any assistance. The clerk responded "yea I know, it's horrible here". WOW!!! JUST WOW!!!!

Ordered 130+ retaining wall block from new Philadelphia oh menards. It was all supposed to be the same color, paid 150$ for delivery. Started placing them last evening as it was getting dark because we were excited to get this project underway so worked some under my shop light. This morning came out to see they clearly delivered different colors. Kinda screwed now as they are put together with landscaping glue. The colors are close but clearly not what i ordered. Piss me off. They were wrapped when delivered, delivery person was great, staff at store was great .. whoever picked the block at the store not so great. What do i do now other than live with it and never shop there again. Update: menards corrected the issue, i am satisfied with the corrections

New Philadelphia Menards has always treated us with great customer service over the years. Sunday night around 7:00 p.m. my daughter and I waited over 30 minutes in outdoor lighting before we found someone to help us. She was talking to other employees in a different department. When she walked over she treated us with disrespect and made us feel like we were bothering her. We left without buying anything. We even put the stuff that we found without her help back on the shelf and left.
